We had a challenging situation where my wife invited one of those drive-by roofing companies to do a free roof estimate one Saturday morning, and unbeknownst to us they ended up damaging the roof to make it appear to qualify for an insurance claim. They told us that we had hail and wind damaged and insurance would replace it.

We had several neighbors who have successfully used Roofserv, so I invited Ryan Quady out to do an inspection and provide a second quote, and I was shocked when he came off the roof and said not only was there is not enough REAL hail or wind damage for a claim, but the FAKED damage will necessitate replacing the roof as shingles were torn, bent backwards, and struck.

Due to roof vandalism claims being a bit tricky with the insurance companies, Ryan recommended a public adjuster that can help navigate and hand hold the insurance company. Good thing too, because the insurance wanted us at first to replace the damaged shingles only, but after some time and with the public adjustor working on our behalf along with Roofserv, the insurance company ultimately agreed to a replacement.

The new rool went on in a day and is magnificent! The crew was expert and professional in every way. At the end of the day I thank the Lord that we connected with Roofserv and Ryan. We never felt rushed, Ryan explained everything, and his honesty and integrity really made a frustrating experience go much more smoothly and with the best/correct result. Now we have a new roof that will last a lifetime - and if not, Roofserv will be there to back us up!

I had the chance to work with Dan and Esteban on a recent roofing claim after a hail storm. They were able to identify and illustrate the damage my roof had received to me and the adjuster.

It was important to me that we operated in good faith with the insurance company, and the integrity of this team spoke volumes. They were thorough and considerate. And made sure to not cut any corners.

Highly, highly recommend. Even if another company has worked with you on the inspection - call Esteban for a second opinion!

The installers did an excellent job on our roof. We did have a communication issue regarding the installation of the gutters. However, the company refunded our deposit within one hour. Metro Atlanta Area. (Have no idea where they got that location.)

Communication with Roofserv was excellent. They were clear on what would be the best option for us to replace versus repair our roof. We had a representative come to our house safely and show us options and explain the replacement clearly. They worked quickly with our insurance company as well. Everything went as planned: the drop off of roofing supplies, time to complete was accurate and the work was quality. They did not expect payment until we inspected the work. Extremely professional!

I CANNOT RECOMMEND ROOFSERV MORE!!! When trying to sell my home, the buyers asked for a roof replacement. I immediately called this company based on a friend's recommendation and I am SO glad I did. Spoke with Katherine. I told her I was on a very tight tine schedule and needed to make my decision right away. She was extremely understanding and fit me in for the very next day. Katherine Ward and Jesse Daniel came out to assess the roof and give me a price quote. They explained that my insurance company would likely cover the damages and even contacted my insurance company to submit the claim for me. They really cared about saving me $$. I ended up paying a fraction of the cost!! Cannot recommend this company enough.

I needed a satellite dish removed from my roof that had caused damage. Brandon promptly responded to my call. Him and his partner, Tom came out on a Saturday and inspected the roof. They then left and returned within the hour with the proper tools to make the repair. I received before and after pictures of the work. I was extremely pleased with their work, honestly and dependability. In addition to the great repair, they hauled off the dish for me!
