Phil and his team were so great to work with! I am now the proud owner of a beautiful new roof, and will happily recommend this team to anyone. My job was particularly difficult, as my roof is extremely steep in some places -- but they did a fantastic job. They were also respectful, kind and responsive to all my needs. I couldn't be happier!! Thank you, Phil!!!

Before any work was agreed to Phil deserved 5 Stars. Phil was 2/5 quotes who met me in person and he treated me like a normal human being! The other in person quote being mansplained wasn't exactly a great experience. Phil was quick to reply with questions that I had and his pricing was on point with the other quotes, but his willingness to be personable won me over and it should you too.

Phil and his crew did an awesome job with our roof replacement just last month right before the rain. We were updated daily on the progress. Everything went smoothly, from the initial meet with Phil, receiving the quote to the finished project, cleanup etc. Everything straightforward. Highly recommend.

Look no further - these are your guys. They just did a complete roof replacement and installed 4 new skylights for us and they were consummate professionals from start to finish. They quickly responded to any request or question we had, they were very flexible and accommodating of changes that we made to the original plan, they kept us up to date throughout the process and they made sure that we were totally happy with every last detail. Everyone on the crew was polite, hardworking and friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. They were nice to our dogs and the dogs loved them. They cleaned up completely at the end of every day. After they did some interior work for the skylights my wife came home and asked me, ""Did someone just clean the kitchen?"" - that's how neat and tidy they were.
We have some more remodeling planned and we will not consider using anyone else.

Because Phil and his team did such a great job on installing our new roof, we hired them to replace our windows and sliding glass patio door. We worked with Adam, who we'd already met when our roof was being replaced. Adam was great, taking care of all the details: from the initial consult, to taking the measurements and reviewing our options (glass type, vinyl or wood, framing, etc.), to handling our questions to the manufacturer. He even met us at The Moulding Co.to help us decide on our window and door casings, then completed the ordering details for us. He and his windows team were respectful, responsive, clean, and conscientious, making sure each window that was installed was exactly as we'd requested, then following up AFTER the installs to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We LOVE our new windows and patio door, and we're thankful to Adam for completing everything so smoothly (which is just how our new windows and door open and close now: easy and smooth)!

We learned about Roofs Roofs & Remodels from our pool company, and I am glad we did! They put a beautiful roof on our house, and by beautiful I mean it looks nice, it was done with superior quality materials and workmanship, it was the best price we could find, it was done quickly, and Phil and his people were amazingly responsive. And they remain responsive even more than a year later. We have reached out to them when we went solar, when we needed rain gutter advice and repairs, when we wanted a leaking sky light changed, and more. The company always responds, and does so quickly.

We keep using the company for small projects. And from time to time, I talk with employees. They all rave about working for the company and Phil. The company is fair, honest, and good. That is awesome and the kind of company that should be supported!

These guys are awesome! Phil Koch, the owner did such a great job from beginning to end. I met with 10 other roofers and not only was our estimate from Phil reasonable, his contract was thorough and clear. He also took the time to review other estimates from other roofers and compared and contrasted what he had to offer versus the other quotes. We had to deal with several issues and delays due to to getting my HOA to approve our selection. Phil was patient, informative, and timely. He and his team were responsive, considerate and professional and I would highly recommend their services.

Phil and Adam did a great job on my remodel in Martinez. We started with a complete strip off of the roof that transitioned into new windows, doors, skylights and a remodeled kitchen and living room.

Adam's attention to detail in all the structural components was on par with my own ridiculous perfection. He and his team did a fantastic job installing new skylights, a complete strip to the studs open concept kitchen and raising a sunken living room floor to make our home feel like it had always been designed to be this way in the first place.

Home improvement projects are nerve-racking for me. I cannot stand spending a voluminous amount of money so I research to death. After researching many company reviews, I decided on RR & R. He wasn't the lowest. I had a little lower quote but I really didn't feel like that company answered my questions coherently.

Also, I actually asked about a pricier shingle which I probably would have gotten but Phil encouraged me to go with the lower price shingle and add more insulation. He probably could have sold me on both the higher shingle and the insulation but I'm glad I listened to him because I also had to have my ac/heater replaced and am shopping windows and everyone of the contractors I spoken to said Phil was completely right.

We were waiting on a home sale to go through before we had the roof put on. Phil put me in the job cue right away with the option to postpone or cancel if the house didn't sell or if it hadn't sold before our turn came up. Thankfully the house sold right before Phil called and said he our turn came up. We were on vacation and he started the job before we even got home. This allowed us to miss the tear off of the old shingles which was great. The roofing, including tear off, extra adding of insulation and clean up was completed in 4 days just like I was told. We did have to wait until the next week for the gutters to go on. There was an inspection first and that's a different crew and their specialty so they can't really schedule that one until the roof is done.

His crew was great. They NEVER bothered us while were were here. They didn't ask to use the restroom, for water, etc. Nothing. They were clearly hard workers. They were kind enough to wait until 8AM to start work but they were there at 8AM sharp (I'm sure starting earlier is the more attractive in our heat!) Oh, and a contractor giving us quotes on windows (a completely unrelated company) complemented their work on the flashing and said that so many people screw that up. Personally, I wouldn't have known.

I'm also going to Phil's guy for window discussion as well since I had such a good roof experience. I'm hoping that works out too because I'll be a bit less nervous for the next big project.

I had a leak on my roof. It was something of an emergency and I had trouble even getting a call back from folks. But Phil responded promptly just to let me know that he was too booked up for the job. While he didn't do the repair for me due to his schedule, I was really impressed with his professionalism. And when I asked if he could make time for a consultation if I needed it, he was super accommodating. I will absolutely be calling Phil when it's time to put a new roof on my house.
