Great company! Can't believe I never left a review until now. RR&R did my entire new roof about 3 years ago. Friendly, efficient, communicative, knowledgable and affordable. This past weekend, October 2021, we had a severe rain storm that lasted what felt like 36 hours. Everyone's water tightness was tested! I noticed 3 leaks and called RR&R the next day, Monday. They sent a guy by Wednesday morning. He found a flashing to be slightly bent and had a gap. Also he noticed my gutters were clogged and very probable that caused leak 2 & 3. I learned today that a clogged gutter could push the water back up the roof. He fixed the flashing, cleared my rain gutters, blew the leaves off my front porch and walkway. No cost, and told me that if the issue comes back to not hesitate to give them a call back. RR&R went above and beyond with very responsive service.

This company really knows what they are doing. When we purchased our home, the previous owners had no information on the roof or it's age. Phil and Abraham were fantastic to work with. When doing our roof inspection they were very honest and explained thoroughly what type of condition the roof was in. I highly recommend them.

Phil was awesome and his team was very impressive. They ended up completing my re-roof in just two days! Very professional crew, extremely clean and so much attention to detail. We were getting close to having our roof replaced. We obtained 3 estimates. By far, the most professional presentation was by Phil. The other 2 estimates came in slightly lower, but we went with Roofs Roofs & Remodel. They were very professional about doing the job and keeping us in the loop. We had our back patio roof redone by Roofs Roofs and Remodel. They quoted us a fair price- not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. What initially sold us on this team was we appreciated how detailed our contact Abraham was about what needed to be done and the time he took during our estimate.

The written bid we received was also clear and detailed so we knew exactly what we were paying for and what our options were.

The patio had a small leak after the initial work and Abraham came out to fix it quickly. We're glad to say that after several more rainy days the roof continues to be leak free.

We will definitely use this company again for future work at our house.

In spring of 2020 I noticed that some of my neighbors were having their roofs replaced so I looked up at my roof and realized that it hadn't been replaced for thirty one years. I hadn't experienced any problems so I proceeded to focus on the backyard fencing instead. During that process I found out that Roofs, Roofs and Remodel was in the running for replacing the roof of the home of the owner of the fencing company. In addition, I learned that it was Roofs, Roofs and Remodel that was the company that had reroofed those two homes on the street where I live.
Usually, before I contact contractors for quotes I extensively research as many of the specific job related contractors and choose one or two for quotes. When I met with Phil Koch I immediately recognized that he is a straight shooter and that I would most likely end up with a roof that I would be very happy with, and I was right.
I liked the materials he offered and the contract which provided workmanship aspects above what one would expect from a roof replacement.
His crew is amazing. They arrived on the morning of June 15th and worked through the morning of June 18th putting the finishing touches on a CertainTeed Landmark Pro Solaris roof which turned out absolutely beautiful. Of Phil's crew, three men in particular impressed me. Chris arrived at 7:30 every morning which gave me the opportunity to ask questions while
Bobby completed a lot of the finish painting that coordinated the color of the metal paint with the shingle color. Abraham the job supervisor came every morning to advise about inspector arrival and answer any additional questions.
It became obvious that Phil Koch is a terrific CEO with high standards and expectations of his longtime crew who in turn have immense respect for him. The final product reflects that highly successful working relationship.

Bid for the job was in line or lower than other bids we received. Right from the start project manager Abraham demonstrated a willingness to make the extra effort to keep us happy and to educate us on materials to be used. We are both retired so we had plenty of time to observe the work in progress. All crew members were professional, polite, and considerate. In addition to Abraham, crew members John, Chris, and Francisco took the time to answer our many questions and fully explain details of the job. Thorough clean up done at the end of each day. We are happy, satisfied, and comfortable with the job and the crew. We would recommend Roofs, Roofs, and Remodels without reservation.

This is my first Yelp review of any kind. Of course the service and installation were excellent, but here's what put it over the top... While installing solar panels Tesla had left behind nail holes in my brand new roof! Two weeks into waiting for a response from Tesla I asked Phil what I should request as the proper fix. Instead of just responding to my email with advice he immediately sent someone over to actually do the repairs (sealed the holes and replaced the impacted shingles). The contrast between RR&R and Tesla customer service is stark. Now on to write my second review...
