This was a process of finding the right company to replace my roof and I couldn't be happier with the service, communication, professionalism and looks of my new roof! To start it off it was a number of roof companies that came out to look at my roof but never sent the estimate, some that were priced exceedingly high in comparison and some that didn't even respond. But Abraham from Roofs Roofs and Remodel came to my home via appointment and was a few minutes early than expected which was a plus and he was friendly and experienced from our conversation. He did a roof assessment and took pictures of areas of concern. He later sent me an estimate with a give or take amount based on what he could visually see which was a reasonable price. Upon starting the job it turns out there was some unexpected issues that had been done with the previous owner of taking shortcuts on a roof job. Needless to say Abraham took pictures, assured me that his team would correct it and do it the right way. He purchased the necessary supplies and got the job done in approximately 3 days. The price was a bit more than I expected in the beginning but with boards missing from the roof it couldn't be avoided. And to say the least I'm exceptionally happy with my roof and choosing this company to do it. I can see why they have 5 stars on their reviews and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Save your time of the research I've already did with other companies. You want be disappointed with them! Thanks again

We hired Roofs Roofs and Remodel / Phil Koch back in July 2020, but due to other building delays my project did not start until March 2021. Phil and his team put on a new roof, new gutters and added a new solar attic fan. This added to the new porch overhang came out looking great. Phil and has team did a nice job. They were responsive, timely and cleaned up daily. I would highly recommend Phil and his team!

We've worked with Abraham (630-486-4283) from Roofs Roofs on two different projects over the past few months. He led a team replacing our roof - took care of all of the permitting etc. The roof looks great - we feel so relieved to have a new roof that we can count on. Abraham also help with some demo and replacing some siding on the house. He did an amazing job with all of the trim work. The whole team was very clean and respectful. They showed up on time and Abraham was easy to communicate with. I'm so glad we found him!

Just had a reroof from RR&R and we are happy with all aspects of doing business with them, from sales through installation. Phil also acted as the general contractor to have my solar panels removed and reinstalled by Diablo Solar. This is a local business too, not a franchise or chain. Crew was great, showed up on time, cleaned up every day and got the job done in a timely and professional manner. Price was also excellent. Highly recommended.

Every step of the process of getting a new roof for my house was seamless and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated that the quote was gimmick-less and Phil did not speak poorly of other local roofing businesses. My new roof was put on last Spring and the crew was friendly and did a great job cleaning up. Since my new roof was put on, I had a couple aesthetic requests and Phil sent someone out to my house to help, even though I'm pretty sure he didn't have to. My spark arrestor blew off in one of the crazy wind storms and Phil was on it right away. He always responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Cares about his crew, his business and his customers clearly.
They didn't end up being able to handle my job, which is, admittedly extraordinary - not in a good way.
But he took so much more time than most people would to positively resolve this, it gives me confidence that any reasonable person/job will be managed superbly.

We bought our new (to us) 1970s home just prior to the pandemic which had a 20 year old wood shake roof on it. Not wanting to trust it over the winter (or during fire season) I got a few quotes to replace it and cut in skylights at the same time. Of the few quotes I got from roofers that showed up, Phil's was the lowest. I don't always go with the lowest bid, but Phil was easy to communicate with, was professional, and was very knowledgeable about roofing and construction in general. I also liked how his company was licensed to do other construction as well, which signaled to me that he wasn't a fly-by-night sketchy roofer. Once construction started, Phil was easy to deal with when it came to change orders (there's always changes in any project once you start opening up drywall).
My biggest shout out goes to Rodney the project manager who does excellent work and was very flexible with our crazy schedules. He was fantastic with COVID-19 safety and always wore his mask.
Overall, the skylights look like they were always there, and they transformed our kitchen from a dark cave to bright and airy. The roof looks sharp too. Only trouble is now I should repaint my ugly tan house to match the good looking roof. One step at a time though.
I'll be calling them for my next remodel project. Thanks again Phil and Rodney.

I trusted him, and that is why I chose Roofs Roofs and Remodel to install my new roof. Rodney (Project Manager) and the crew were friendly, professional and fast.
