From beginning to the end the service was amazing! Johnny explained everything during the entire process. If I had concerns or questions he was always available to answer or help me. Great guy!!! Roof was going to take 1 1/2 days but only took 1 day, as they sent extra workers out to house. They were professional and very neat. Left no mess any where. I am so pleased that in this day and age there are still companies out there that care about the customer. They stand by their work. I won't ever use any one else. Great job. Thank you Johnny

Roofs by Nicholas replaced the roof on our house three years ago before we moved in. Last night, during a storm our large table umbrella was picked up by the wind and dropped on our roof. I called to see if someone would be willing to come get it down for me and there was someone here almost immediately and even hauled the umbrella off for me. He checked my roof where the umbrella hit and said there was a small spot but he didn't think any real damage. I greatly appreciate the service when it's not within their normal operation of business!!

We've used Roofs by Nicholas 4 times over the years and always top notch service & friendly staff. The last time we used Roofs By Nicholas is why I will always use them! My mother is 80, widowed, blind and not in the best health. She developed a significant leak inside her home from her roof and her insurance of 40+ years was denying the claim. Dan Nicholas worked with the insurance company and my mom received a new roof! Not only did Mr. Nicholas go the extra mile for my mom but his entire staff was beyond friendly and competent. When they left they cleaned up outside twice to make sure my blind mother was protected from left over debris and nails she wouldn't be able to see. I appreciate that tremendously! I had 2 air conditioners on my leaky roof. Nicholas fixed it so it lasted until the next rain (one month). Called them back and they said it was the air conditioner company so i called the ac company, they came out and said it was the roofing. Nicholas came out and sent angry and unprofessional man that argued with us. Dont use this terrible company.

I have dealt with several roofing companies over the years but none with the professionalism of Roofs by Nicholas. The crew got here just before sunrise and were completely finished by 8:00 pm. They did not play loud music or clown around at all; they got in and got out efficiently and quickly.

The biggest surprise to me was the inspector that showed up. John Bounds, a consultant for Nicholas, looked over the job with a razor eye, answered my questions without hesitation, and moved on. (Heck of a nice guy.) I have never had a roofing company send out an inspector before; a very pleasant surprise.

I unreservedly recommend Roofs by Nicholas.

My roof was damaged by recent hailstorms. I contacted Roofs by Nicholas who inspected the roof and worked with my insurance company to replace my roof. It was a major undertaking to remove the old tile roof and replace with a high quality steel roof. Multiple contractors were involved and everything was professionally arranged by Roofs by Nicholas. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everybody involved. I would highly recommend Roofs by Nicholas for your next roofing project.

Roofs by Nicholas was one of the roofing companies recommended to us by our insurance company. A rep came out with our insurance adjuster to check out our roof damage. We set up an appointment with him to discuss the project. He gave us his presentation and then patiently answered all of our many questions. It was then we decided to hire them to do the job.

The day of the roofing started early with supplies arriving and then a large, very busy crew soon got to work. All old roofing went into a truck bed that was parked on the driveway, so there was no concern about any materials dropped from the second story height damaging our landscaping or patio furniture. Throughout the day supervisors popped in to check the work. By evening our new roof was on! The clean-up job they did was impressive.

We were pleased with the job the Roofs by Nicholas crew did to get the roof on and very pleased with the outcome. Our roof and trim look great! We even had them add a solar vent to the roof to keep our attic cooler.

One final note is the comfort of how long they have been in business. We expect them to be around should we need them to service the warranty they offer.

We had decided to go with Roofs by Nicholas because their presentation and pricing seemed the best for our family. This was the worst decision we could have made. We have had leak after leak. Our house smells like mildew and it has been hard for our family to breathe. I have called the Abilene office, Midland office and even the President's line and have heard no return from anyone. It has been over four days since someone said they would get a hold of us. You can say that our lifetime roof is going to be a lifetime of hassle. $6000 for a leaky,moldy roof, sounds like a deal doesn't it?
