That last storm they came through Apple Valley in February put a serious leak on one of my tenants apartments and I called Roofs By Doug. He was there within 4 days. fix the entire roof section that was leaking replaced some main boards carried away all of the old roofing sections and boards. Did it in one day replaced some facing to the roof. I have not had leaks for the month of March. demolition was removed from the property .This man was right on when he said he's coming over he came gave me an estimate. He came over to get the work done it was done quickly and in a professional manner . It has rained all of the month of March and I have not had any more leaks. This is a very, very good quality roofing company.

Doug gave me an immediate estimate, included a brochure with color to choose and materials he would use. I had 2 other estimates, one emailed the next day, no information on materials or color, 3rd came measured said would have estimate later that day, I called and left a message the next morning, still no estimate. Doug and his crew were here every day on time, job site was clean at the end of every day. I am so very happy with my roof. I would absolutely recommend Roofs by Doug.

Would never refer. He was rude on the phone, took 3days to call me back and also didn't show to do a quote when I was told. He gave me no time frame when he would b here, acted like I was a bother to even contact him. He never called to reschedule or anything. Super jerk

He came out and fixed my tile roof for a reasonable price and did it right he also gave me different options on how he was going to fix and worked with me on the price Doug is very reasonable and reliable. Our house developed two roof leaks during a heavy rain storm a couple of days ago. I called Roofs by Doug at three in the afternoon, and Doug and his son were here to look at it by five the same afternoon.
They showed up the next day, between storms, and fixed it. It stormed heavily last night, and both leaks are now bone dry. This company was fast, fair and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to call them again.
