Excellent job. My roof looks like new. They cleaned my siding and all my concrete and took away trash. I am so pleased that I hired them. They missed a couple spots, but went back and fixed it. Very reliable.

Horrible Quality and Service! Our insurance company would not accept roof maxx as an enhancement to our old roof. Roof maxx charged us $8,600 to spray some clear adhesive/sealant over our shingles.

The television commercial states 80% savings over roof replacement. I was quoted 40%. $11k for 5 years versus $27k for 15-20 years. Factor in insurance implications and the choice is obvious (at least to me).

My roof is 12 years old and was beginning to show signs of wear, cracking etc. Roof Maxx came out and conducted a free roof inspection, identified a few problem areas and I signed up. The crew came out and did all repairs and treatment in just a few hours. My old roof looks brand new and I got a lot more miles out of it. It's all about preventative maintenance and getting more life out of your existing roof. I will be a repeat customer!

They basically use wd40 on your roof . It doesn't do anything but a lube job. They did my garage as a test before I did the whole house . 2500 dollars, and I didn't do the house because it doesn't work. Basically, they are selling snake oil

i previously stated the roofmax appeared to have made my shingles more limber after a few rains. Idk, never really checked before, seemed improved but here is a six month gutter test. i hosed the gutters down completely 6 months ago, this was a grab sample when cleaning in mid august 2024. All granules so im not sure how much it helps, kinda snake oil-ish. yep i'm back to that

Their many videos and persistent call advertise ""for a fraction of the cost of a new roof"".
I was quoted $4,400 for a 1,500 square foot roof. That is not a fraction, that is closer to half the price of a new roof. Very misleading in 2024, where one can truly shop around for free online. They also send an annoying number of emails, text messages and videos.

Not much to add to Maryrose and Kai. Haven't yet found a roofing company that is honest or reliable. Searched a lot. My reward is that my FaceBook page is flooding with ads from these companies. Almost none of the provide phone numbers where you can ask the essential questions. The ones who have phone numbers dodge the questions.
