I am a repeat customer of Roofmasters. Our 3 decade old Cement tile roof was in need of a tune up; 5 of our barge rafters were dry rotted at the ends and our gutters were rusted in many spots and leaking. The many workers involved were on time, worked hard, and did a professional job. Excellent communication with the office. My wife and I are very happy with the work done. Roofmaster just completed my roof replacement on 6/1/23 and the work, service and overall experience was phenomenal. From the initial estimate collection process to deciding on material to execution, was flawless. They removed our 40 year tile roof (from a tri-level home on Astoria Drive in Fairfield/Woodcreek area) and a laid a beautiful composite roof. The three day job had minimal hurdles and when the arose the crew and I discussed option/solutions---clearly their experience & Knowledge gave my wife and I peace of mind. The process flowed like clockwork and was well coordinated by the crew. Moreover, they were extremely careful around the yard and conscientious about neighbors. Plus, they cleaned up every night (blew the roof, gutters, yard -making sure our doors were closed first-and cleared debris. What made this even more complex was they had to remove and reinstall more pool solar panels ( 5 panels 4' x 8' each) The re-installation was flawless and actually improved the appearance and safety of the solar

Due to the severity and number of weather events this year, if you want to get a roof repaired or a fallen tree removed you'll have to wait in line. We are glad we waited for Roof Masters to address our leak around our skylight. They arrived ontime for the inspection, gave us quotes for repairing the active leak and another for addressing other issues they found. The repair crew arrived and did the repair and cleaned up aferwards. The rain fell at 2 inches per hour last night and everything is dry inside. Thank you for your professional and quality work.

The work was wonderful. They came on the date and time as contracted. They completed the repair with pictures before and after. The cost was lowered when they found the space wasn't damaged as they thought. They could have just taken the money because we were ready to pay. Great Service, Great company.

Great service by Roofmasters. During the summer they repaired / replaced roof tiles and a downspout in a timely and professional manner. A couple of weeks ago, a gutter separated from the house and it appeared the entire gutter on one side might collapse. I noticed this just a few days before heavy rain was predicted. I called Roofmasters and told them of the urgency, and they came out the next day and fixed the problem. And, because there was some type of mix up and no estimate was given, I was not charged despite my call to ask for the charges. I really appreciate the integrity, expedited service, and quality of their services. In the future, when I need a roof repair or replacement, they are the first I'll call.

Excellent work and customer service. They did what they said they would and when they said they would do it. Had both the roof done and solar installed. Very good work on both, and the solar part of the deal had good customer service. Solar controller failed within the first month and they came out and replaced it - no problems.

I meant to post this last year. Yelp just reminded me I had an unposted review. Roofmasters provided the responsiveness I appreciate out of a business. They returned my calls and responded to my emails. They provided timely service and helped me meet the lender's closing date. I would highly recommend them. I understand everyone is busy and plans their workload months in advance. It is nice to find someone willing to take the time for little repairs. But instead of splicing in to replace the damaged fascia, they replaced the whole length of board. We were actually wanting to have that done but with the timeline given we thought there would only be time for the damaged areas. Thank you Roofmasters

We have used Roofmasters since 2005/6, starting with our cement tile roof and untill recently when we replaced said 37-year-old tile roof with composite and installed solar panels, all through RM. Over the years they have replaced dry rot, rafters, pipe collars, etc., along with painting to match. Each time we have been extremely pleased with them. They arrive on time. Their site managers are easily approachable to discuss progress and any problems while doing the work. When leaving, everything is clean, both on the roof and around the house perimeter. This last time, RM crew even clean the pool of fallen debris. Solar installation went very smoothly with RM and solar contractor doing all the necessary permits and PGE contacts. We will use Roofmasters when needed in the future and highly recommend them to future clients.
