After getting three quotes, I hired Roofmasters to install a new roof and gutters on my bosses house in Walnut Creek. From the start Johnathan was wonderful, always keeping me updated on the install date (changing due to all the rain) and keeping it on track. Everyone that I spoke with at Roofmasters was great! The company they use for gutters and downspouts is Solano Seamless, Frank is the owner, and Juan is the man, they all did a fantastic job! if you are looking for an outstanding roofing and gutter company, look no further. I highly recommend both of these companies! Great service all around!

We called Roofmasters to put a brand new roof to our house. They were absolutely amazing and professionals. We called several places and decided to go with them because they were recommended to us and because of the great reviews they have. They did not disappointed us, their work was great, they took the time they needed and they walked through after the work was done pointing out little details that we didn't even noticed were not done right. They fixed those immediately and we could not be happier with the final product. They also installed skylights and tubular lights and did a great job. The work was done during rainy days and tested. These guys are great!!!! We decided to have them install our solar panels too, we have not yet gotten our PG&E bill but so far so good, Dylan and his solar installment crew are awesome. Definitely recommend them.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but they did not show up this morning when we had an appointment with them. Someone was supposed to come out to our house between 8am-10am but never showed up. My BF even called the company a few times but no one answered or called us back. I guess this is the first and last time we will think about using this company!

Have worked with a few roofing companies over the years but RoofMasters offered a very different experience. Aaron clearly knows his business but he spoke in terms that I could relate to. The work was fast and efficient and what really stood out to my new neighbors was the cleanup effort. Many of my neighbors came out at some point during the process to observe the work and chat with the crew. All they could take about later was the quality of work and the clean-up. Can't imagine ever using any other roofer.

Let me just say that from Jonathan in the the office to Marty and his crew to Arron the owner these guys are professional and great. When we were looking for a company to do our roof we got some quotes and they were the best. We wanted to pick a color out and Jonathan sent us some address to go and look at the houses with the colors we were interested in. (This helps a lot to see your colors on a house) we were torn between two. After talking to Arron he pointed out that the two colors were different types of shingles,and that the only difference was price. He told us to that if it was him he would pick the cheaper shingle because there was not much difference between the two. We were pretty set on the more expensive one because it was what they call a cool roof. Aaron pointed out that the cool roof has not been proven yet over years of use and that a $1500 dollar difference was a lot to trust on new technology. This was the OWNER telling us this. Right then and there we knew we had hired the right company. We set a date and the roof was scheduled to be put on. After meeting Marty and his crew I found them to be a great group of guys and professional. They came on time everyday cleaned up EVERY time they left even for lunch. These guys worked hard and late into the day and went above and beyond our expectations. They worked with me at every turn. (I can be kinda picky) but they didn't flinch at anything we asked. Working on a two story house and being their busy season even the owner Aaron came out and worked. I can't forget to tell y'all how I got better gutters as an up grade at no extra cost,and they took care of a little more dry rot at no extra charge also. I could go on and on. The bottom line is these guys are AWESOME!! They have gotten 2 other customers from our recommendations also. Thank you Aaron ,Jonathan,Marty and crew for everything.

I am really pleased with the quality workmanship, attention to detail, clear direct communications and price of Roofmasters. Coming from me, that's a big deal because I'm not easily pleased and always expect near perfection.

Their foreman Ryan W. running the job was experienced, articulate and seemed happy to answer my questions, he anticipated and answered many before I had a chance to ask. During the three days the job took the crew was always polite, respected the property and was quiet. Their positive attitude, teamwork and focus on their jobs and efficiency was exceptional to witness.

I understand why Roofmasters receives a five-star rating with Angie's customers, because they earn it and because they deserve it.

Roofmasters is a professional company with obviously high standards that believes in doing the job right, the first time and every time. I looked at other homes they did and couldn't find a single flaw in their workmanship.

Their attention to detail blew me away, I had seen so many other companies hack away dry-rotted sections and crookedly piece together new wood that looked amateurish, not the craftsman with Roofmasters, every single joint where new wood was installed was flush, beveled edges snug and tight and properly aligned. Amazing.

Roofmasters are indeed roof masters!
They re-roofed my entire house (~1200sf of roof), including: removed old leaking roof, replaced damaged areas, and supplied & installed new shingles, gutters, downspouts, vents, and skylights - a complete soup to nuts job.
They provide great friendly service, fast quality work, and fair honest prices.

Had an ""emergency"" roof leak in my parent's home just before Thanksgiving - result of many years of ignored maintenance. Roofmasters got me an estimate very promptly, and were ""johnny on the spot"" when it came to making the repairs -- making sure that the leaks were repaired before the next big forecasted storm.
What is even more impressive to me is that all our communication was handled by phone or email (I live on the east coast) and the young men who came out to do the repairs in Fairfield, were polite, extremely efficient, and left a stellar impression on my folks.
