Had an ""emergency"" roof leak in my parent's home just before Thanksgiving - result of many years of ignored maintenance. Roofmasters got me an estimate very promptly, and were ""johnny on the spot"" when it came to making the repairs -- making sure that the leaks were repaired before the next big forecasted storm.
What is even more impressive to me is that all our communication was handled by phone or email (I live on the east coast) and the young men who came out to do the repairs in Fairfield, were polite, extremely efficient, and left a stellar impression on my folks.

Not only were they less expensive than the other roofers I got an estimate from, but they came out quickly, did everything they promised on time, and were friendly and efficient during the entire process. From now on, this is the only roofing company I will be dealing with...or recommending anyway, as I actually don't expect to be dealing with any roof repairs for forty years!

Roofmasters is an excellent roofing company. I had looked at other reviewers' ratings (all 5 star) of this company and decided to hire them to install my new roof. Boy, was I glad I did! From beginning to end they were very attentive to my most mundane concerns. Installers were great. Their job estimate was very competitive. Lastly, Johnathon, the front office person, always got back to me in a timely manner with answers before, during, and after installation.

Roofmasters repaired several areas of dry rot on the perimeter of our roof. They were very professional and always on time. Marty and Omar did a beautiful job and cleaned up the site perfectly. I will certainly call Roofmasters for any needs we have, and I highly recommend them as they are totally trustworthy and do wonderful work at a very fair price.

I have a rental property in Suisun and we were getting ready to sell the house. We were told we needed a new roof since our roof was at the end of it's life. I got around 4-5 estimates from local roofers and eventually ended up seeing amazing reviews here for Roofmasters. I ended up hiring Roofmasters and I couldn't be happier with their service! I was in constant contact with Johnathon from the beginning until the end and he was amazing. He clearly outlined all the steps in the process and answered any and all questions that I had. The job was done on time as promised and the best thing was that they didn't require any down payment or anything. They were very flexible with the payment since I ended up paying them 3 days after the roof was installed since I live 30 miles away from Suisun City and it was hard for me to pay them the day the roof was installed. Plus, they took care of all the final permits and inspections and all. I would recommend having someone at the house when the roof is being installed though just to make sure nothing is damaged. The gate to my backyard wouldn't close or open after the roof was installed (the gate wasn't in great condition to begin with but was functional). I talked to Johnathoaron about that issue and they were nice enough to send someone out to the house to install a latch on the gate so it is now functional. Definitely recommend Roofmasters to anyone that is looking to get a new roof since they are very honest and trustworthy and get the job done right!

The estimate was good for 30 days, but I wasn't able to get back to him for several months and when I did still honored the original estimate.

Ryan and his asst, showed up early on the appointed day and completed the job very efficiently. The result was superior yo what I expected !

If all businesses performed similarly in this country, the U.S. would enjoy another century as the premiere nation in the economic and social world.

This was one of the least painful home repairs I have ever experienced. My contractor informed me that part of my roof was not pitched correctly and was causing rain to rot out my porch pillar. Roofmasters was able to come out the next day to give me an estimate. Since I know nothing about roofing, I ran the quote and work order by my contractor and he said it was very reasonable. Roofmasters was able to come by the next day and make the repairs. The two man crew was professional, courteous, and fast. They showed up on time, did the agreed upon work, explained what they did, and cleaned up after themselves. I waited to write this review until we had our first big rain. So, results are in- Water is now routed into the rain gutter and not pouring onto my porch pillar! I would highly recommend this company.

I had to replace a part of my roof and facia board due to water damage. I got one company that came out and ended up quoting me two times as much as Roofmasters. That company had to get a roofer to remove the shingles in order for them to fix my roof and rafters whereas Roofmasters does it all and for a good price and reasonable price. After Roofmasters completed their job they walked me through the changes and ask if I was satisfied and needed anything else. Most companies these days would just say thank you and walk off. I recommend Roofmasters to everyone! Get a free estimate for your problem. What do you have to lose? Great service! Great people! and most of all Great price!

I have had Roofmasters do 2 jobs for us. The first was a few years ago. We had a terrible pigeon roosting problem. Aaron came out and told me they could clean the roof and put a sticky substance on the areas the pigeons were roosting. The price was reasonable and they did an outstanding job cleaning up the pigeon mess and we haven't had any pigeons since. The second job was today. We had a leak above our garage. The guys showed up during the scheduled timed and did the repair very quickly. When they were done they showed me before and after pictures of the whole area they repaired.

I will continue to use Roofmasters for any roofing needs that may come up. And recommend them to anyone I know with roofing issues.

Excellent Company. To compare I had another company look at a small job on my roof. The other company sent a guy who did not even give me an honest quote and high priced unnecessary repairs.

I called Roofmasters the following day and the owner showed up. He climbed on the roof, gave me an honest opinion and his price was 25% of the first company.

I would totally trust Roofmasters on other jobs and have referred to him to other friends already.
