I've been in this industry for 40 years and have worked for RLS Sacramento for a little over a year now.
They're a amazing and wonderful organization. We take an honest approach to customer service and don't overcharge for incidental items like many of our competitors.
Were are on site when we say we will be there.
Our order fulfillment is legendary.
And we really care about providing superior service.
My only regret is that I didn't join this exceptional company sooner.

Stay away! I was provided poor customer service by Christian and Arturo this afternoon. Since I am a homeowner and not a roofer perhaps my lack of knowledge gave them reason to be rude. Christian directed me to a website to get a model number for a skylight that he could have looked up while I was there. Arturo kept his nose down on the computer as I asked questions and made me feel like I was bothering him for the five minutes I was in the building. Christian did give me a referral to a competitor down the street. Call Joe at Allied (916-381-1111) and you will be treated with respect like a customer should be. Do not spend a penny at Roofline!
