These people are horrible and rude. They parked on my driveway and the sidewalk and then yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me when I called to report the issue. Very unprofessional.

Awesome customer service, i went in undecided on a shingle color ""my roofer gave me a 2 inch sample"" im sorry but you cant decide a color for a roof on a 2 inch sample so i called roofline supply up to see if i can stop by and see some samples. Royce the sales guy at roof line supply went above and beyond to help us out, he had us stay in the air conditioned building while he went looking and he brought out the shingles to us and gave us some so we can take home and put on our roof. If you are ever in the need for roof supplies and need great customer service you know where to go!

I've been in may industrial types of shops being in the construction business. Have experience unfriendly and rude people behind the counter when your not use to the product. Burbank Roofline guys are very helpful and have answer all my questions as best as possible. Highly recommended.

I had a problem -- a flat roofed garage with an old foam coating that had sprung a leak. Couldn't find anyone who would work on it -- everyone I contacted wanted to replace the entire roof. Finally, a roofer referred me to Curt, the Commercial Sales Rep at Burbank, who not only said he through he could find me someone to do the work, but actually traveled to my home to take a look at the roof! He recommended a company that does mostly commercial work, but they agreed to tackle my project. I'm now leak-free and grateful to Curt who went out of his way and really saved the day!

AKA Roofline Supply and delivery is highly recommended. Prices are reasonable and the staff is extra helpful ,pleasant and knowledgeable especially Amanda. Parking maybe a bit tight but definitely worth the trip. There's another roofing company much closer to me (in Van Nuys) but not only are their prices higher they are not as helpful as the ones in Roofline. Go ahead call around.

I was referred to them by my neighbor , I called and spoke with Amanda who was very nice. I got a quote for my roof and it was about $300 cheaper but saved a ton on the plywood.
Ivan and Amanda both work on the front desk and you can't go wrong with either one. I went back and forward and never had any issues. When I was done I had about $500 worth of shingles left over and when I went back to return zero issues or hassle. Jose was also great did not say one think removing all the shingles from my truck. Thanks

I must say, after dealing with another supplier up the street, I was glad I found these guys. They treated me with up most respect, very helpful in explaining to me options, and pricing was better then all other quotes. What really stuck out is these guys spoke english and were very friendly.

These guys are great! I needed a new roof for my house, and I called a couple of other stores. I needed a Saturday delivery, and every other shop would not hear of it. I spoke to Amanda who was so accommodating. Not only were their prices better than the other stores but dealt with my 100 questions. When the driver showed up on Saturday, he was so nice and efficient. The material was loaded with ease. These guys are great, and as a contractor would recommend them to others.

Delta uses Burbank Roofing all of the time. They are extremely helpful and service oriented. Everything from helping on a spec, getting samples, quotes, etc.
