D S.I called multiple times to have them come follow up on work they had done before. They don't answer their phones, you have to leave a voice message and then wait days/ weeks for any response phone or email... if you're lucky. Once I finally got them to come out a second time, since the first time I took off a day of work they didn't show up, the V.P. presented the proposal date to do the work...in October...this was March! Wouldn't use them even if they were available next week.
