Noticed a leak in a section of the house this past fall/winter. Reached out to multiple companies and went with Roofix. Sergio was on time for the bid, communicative, and offered multiple options that fit my pricing needs.

Crew got to the jobsite early, finished the work early, cleaned well, and were extremely polite and respectful. Very happy with the 300 square foot of repair to my tile roof, will work with Roofix again to handle the rest.

Sergio came to my house to quote for a roof leak repair. He pointed out that my issue was the wood siding, and not the roof. He was honest saying that a general contractor or handyman could likely fix the issue for cheaper than he + his crew, but provided a quote for his crew to fix it if desired. I really appreciated the honesty in diagnosing the issue and suggesting a fix.

A different company had been over just a few hours before and didn't point out the siding problem, but instead wanted to charge a lot of money to redo part of the roof!

Because of this honesty, I plan to use Roofix for my roof replacement in ~1 year (after I save up money). Sergio was kind enough to provide quick ballpark estimates for roof replacement in the future. He clearly pointed out what he'd recommend to do vs what may not be worth the money. Also mentioned that summer time is the best for roof repair / replacement because crews are typically less busy and don't need to worry about weather-proofing for rain as they work.

When recent ""atmospheric river"" storms revealed a roof leak in our 24 year old roof, I called Roofix. Sergio and his team were prompt, respectful, thorough, professional and I could recommend them unreservedly for your roofing needs. You'd never know the roof tiles were removed and replaced and the property was spotlessly cleaned so only Roofix and I knew they worked on my roof. That's my definition for good value. Looking for a roofing company can be daunting. After all, this is the most important part of keeping your home safe from the elements, protecting your most valuable asset. All we can really go on (besides word of mouth) are a company's reviews. I saw that Roofix had 5-star ratings across the board. From the beginning of when I first met Sergio when he came out for an estimate, I felt pretty confident that he knew his industry. I knew our particular home, a Spanish style 2-story with clay roof tiles, would be a challenge. There were hips and valleys that would need to be done correctly. We had a few roofers out to the house for an estimate, and frankly, my confidence in them was weak. (One even tried to fix a leak immediately. See photos vs Roofix's amazing work.) And really, unless you get up on your roof yourself, you don't know what's up there, what is damaged and whether someone will really do the work correctly.

Sergio's estimate was in between the two others. But the work Roofix did was outstanding! Every morning his crew showed up early and ready to get started immediately. They worked sometimes 12 hours per day in the heat of summer and got the house roof and detached garage completed in 7 days. Even my neighbor commented on how hard these guys were working day after day. They cleaned up each day before they left. There were several areas of our roof that had been leaking through the years, requiring plywood to be replaced, prior to putting the roofing materials back on. They did it, no problem.

Also, we have rain gutters on our house and they made sure that the correct materials were installed so that the rain would fall into the gutters instead of behind them, rotting out the fascia boards. Speaking of which... we had 3 fascia boards that WERE rotted out because the gutter company never made sure the roofing materials allowed the water to go directly into the gutters. Sergio's crew replaced those rotted out fascia boards, put the gutters back in place, and everything is working properly! No more buckets inside the house while it's raining!

I highly recommend Roofix Inc for your roofing needs. Sergio and Laura, his wife, take great pride in their company. They have good, sound contracts for you to sign. They make sure that everything is done professionally and legally. Their crew is outstanding. Roofix sets the bar for professionalism, excellent work ethics and exceptional skills. They came out to our place last year to fix one leak and diagnose another one that turned out to be plumbing rather than roofing. They responded promptly, were nice and professional, and were well priced. They suggested and did some maintenance that would extend the life of our roof. Their repairs did great through this winter's heavy rains. We just had them out again to diagnose another ceiling leak that turned out to be plumbing rather than roofing, but they were super helpful about it. I will definitely use them again if needed for roof replacement or repair.

We had developed a roof leak over time, and Roofix came recommended. Sergio came out to take a look. Turns out, there was a tile ""missing"", no one knows why. The set up a time to do the repair, and it was during our heavy rains. Laura called and was able to get us in before the big storm. They showed up on time and left the area spotless.
This was a small job, but they have nice vehicles and are professional.
