Salesman was very pushy when he came to the door and spoke to my wife about climbing onto our roof with a camera for an inspection. He called himself a ""roof inspector"" and noticed that we had 3 shingles loose from the storm last night. She tried to politely tell him no thanks but he did not listen and proceeded to go to his vehicle and get his equipment. He came back and I told him to leave since he did not have permission to climb on my roof and film. It bothers me that he would have proceeded if I hadn't stopped him. Very unprofessional. I have the entire encounter on my ring cameras.

I can't say enough about what a great experience I had working with Roofing 101!

I initially spoke with Graham (Owner of the company) regarding the quite for replacing my entire roof. He did an excellent job of explaining what was causing the leak in my existing roof as well as what the full process would be to get the new roof installed. As an educated consumer, I shopped around a few other roofing companies and Roofing101 beat other companies prices by about $5,000! That of course made me a little skeptical at first whether or not if this was going to be a ""you get what you pay for"" type of situation but this wasn't at all the case! Very pleased with the final result!

After my initial meeting with Graham, I was later looped in with their Production Manager, Steven who was very reachable and helped make sure the whole process went smoothing. Both Steven and Graham were amazing with follow through on questions and touch ups that were needed.

Lastly, Mario and his crew worked quickly and efficiently while not at all sacrificing the quality of the job. He went above and beyond to fix some other slight issues with my the exterior of the house which were not tied to the initial bid.

All that being said, I highly recommend Roofing101 to anyone that needs any work done of their roof.
