It started with a mold spot. Which Noah from Roofing Wise took as seriously as we were hoping a contractor would. Then that turned into ""Did you know there's no insulation in your roof? And also the noises that you thought were raccoons on your roof are actually generations of rats IN YOUR CEILING?"" Needless to say it turned into a big and incredibly necessary job. And Noah took care of ALL of it. PLUS added solar panels when it was all done. (Turn a negative into a positive? Why not!) And he was extraordinarily communicative and responsive. We'd highly recommend leaving your important roofing/rodent/insulation and even solar work to Noah and his team, so you can relax and know that you're getting the best quality of workmanship and professionalism.

I recommend Roofing Wise to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement, and attic insulation as well! Great service and easy to work with. I was invited to climb up and join the roof inspection so that I could see for myself its condition. Everyone from Roofing Wise was very forthright, professional, and easy to deal with, including the people doing the work. The roofers were on time each day and took great care to clean up debris. I had a relatively small job - installation of two solar-panel roof attic fans. Especially with the torrential rains we've been having, it was important to me that the work be high quality. Also, reliability was important because we were running out of time in 2021 and I wanted to get the fans in before the new year for tax purposes. It was raining every day, but there was one day of no rain forcasted. Noah was super-accommodating in slipping his guys in there on that specific day.

The guys were super-friendly, professional, clean, quick and thorough. I inspected the work from the inside and outside when they were done, and everything was seamless, as if it had originally been built that way.

Then the next week we were in for another ""atmospheric river"" where it again rained HARD every day. No leaks whatsoever.

If I EVER need work done on my roof again, I'm definitely calling Roofing Wise. I'd called a couple of other companies for quotes, but they were impersonal and seemed a bit sketchy in how they went about scheduling a visit for a quote. Noah, on the other hand, answers his own phone, responds promptly, and was down to earth and up front about the cost, telling me how much it would be over the phone.

They didn't try whatsoever to ""upsell"" me (sell me anything I didn't need/additional services)

I've got my ""roofer for life""! Thanks Noah and company! Wish I'd taken pictures, but don't feel like climbing on the roof now
