Roofing Systems of Florida just finished repairing a section of our roof that leaks into the house and down the walls every time there is heavy rain. The damage had the paint peeling around the windows, and water being sucked up onto the curtains. During Hurricane Ian, these areas leaked so badly that we filled a few pots and used beach towels to soak up the rain.

Bill Kennedy, came promptly after we called the company, asking for information on how to fix this problem Bill and Cappy who was another member of the Roofing Systems team, found the source of the leak that affected two adjoining rooms in our home. Cappy came to start the repair exactly on time, and fully equipped to fix our problem. He was thorough, cheerful and really dug into the incredible amount of dead leaves that covered over the root of the problem.

Was scheduled to have someone come out and talk to me about my roof. Took off work early so I could be there. Three hours after my appointment time and no one has bothered to show up and no one has bothered to call. I guess this tells me all I need to know about this company. Will go with another company who I can at least depend on to show up, and that wants my business.

Think twice before calling. The estimator was an hour late and no phone call. We are still waiting for our estimate. Promised and missed two dates to have our estimate to us.
