I found a leak on my roof so I started calling around to get quotes. After calling so many places, I'm glad I came across with Roofing Systems Inc. I spoke to the owner Javier Loya and he quickly came out to see what the problem was. He game an estimate and we scheduled to have it fixed in a reasonable time frame. Javier is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fair when it comes to price. They did the job in a couple of hours and even helped me remove a tacky satellite dish at no extra charge and helped me reseal my gutters. This company is honest and fair. I was really stressed regarding the leak on my roof but thank goodness I found this company. I will use them again, if and when my roof needs another repair. Thank you Javier!

When it comes to roof leaking, let the pros do their job. I am thrilled by the service provided by Javier Loya.

The drippings from one of my bathroom ventilation openings was getting worse recently and finally, I went to my attic and noticed some pretty bad leaks from roof. Javier and his helper came last Saturday in the time frame as promised, he also checked my attic and did some measurements inside and outside. Then Javier removed some tiles and saw a few damaged spots on the original underlayment. He then told me exactly what they would do to fix the leak and gave me a quote right away. He has new underlayment, spare tiles and other repair materials in his truck, and they started the job immediately after I have agreed with the quote. His price is even lower than a handyman's estimate.

Job was done within an hour, Javier and his helper cleaned up the repair area both before and after. Javier even patched up some cracks as for precaution without additional charge.

It's been pouring since yesterday afternoon along with gusty winds, I checked my attic at 6:45pm and 10:30pm (Yeap, to be on the safe side, I climbed up to my attic twice yesterday), the repaired area was completely dry. Thank you Javier, highly recommended

At first I didn't believe all of the 5-star reviews and thought maybe it was too good to be true.

No upsells -- we were replacing a roof and Javier was very clear and thorough about which materials he was going to use, which ones he recommended (and why) and it was very clear that he wasn't there to ""make a cut"" on selling us materials. The materials were basically ""at cost"" -- no funny business there at all.

I ended up choosing a very specific Energy Saving shingle from Owens Corning that I had researched myself and Javier gladly provided estimates that specified the use of the exact materials I wanted to use.

Javier was prompt to show up for the estimate. After the measurements and estimate we discussed materials over text and email and after arriving at the final decision for the shingles we planned the job.

Javier and his crew started work exactly when they said they would. He took care of getting permits with the city and got everything in order.

They were incredibly efficient and worked both quickly and carefully.

We even asked for some extra additional small work to replace some siding on the house and he totally took care of it as part of the roof job.

At the end of the job they cleaned up really well and the roof was top notch. They even finished early!

The roof looks great and it's been working perfectly with the recent torrent of flash rain that we had last month.

Overall, their services were professional, high-quality and reliable. I would recommend them for sure.

Got our roof replaced with this company and I highly recommend them. Javier was really great to work with- responsive, informative, along with an efficient and friendly crew. Price was significantly more reasonable than another company that tried to extort almost $10k more, used agressive sales tactics and attempted to lock us into contract without specifying materials they were going to use. I really appreciated not going through that pressured nonsense with Javier, it gave him more credibility from the start and they delivered great results a day earlier than expected.
