I was referred to Billy Kennedy at roofing standards to install TPO roof for a client that I was working with. My client was a medium sized HOA 4 story complex. All work was completed to their and my satisfaction in a very timely manner. I will continue to recommend their services in the future. Good luck trying to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I called and provided my contact information. Someone called me back two days later and left me a message to return their call, but provided the general company number. When I called, the lady at the company told me the person who had left me the message was not in the office and asked if I wanted to leave a message for him. When I asked if someone else could help me in setting up an appointment I as told no. I asked if I should call another company and take my business elsewhere. The lady's response appeared as if she didn't care if I did.

Our HOA, needed a tear down and roof replacement for our building. We asked our contact Billy Kennedy for a list of references, received a.long list, and picked some at random to call. Those who responded were uniformly positive, stating that the communication with the company was excellent and punch list items were all addressed in a timely manner. One property manager described a tear down and roof replacement job this way: ""everything went smoothly"" . That was our experience, too - the workers show up on time and work a full day, the job cost was in line with the negotiated price, concerns and problems were addressed promptly.

They were referred to me by a contractor friend of mine and I could not have been happier with their work.

I own a Tri-plex and had them replace the roof and add on copper gutters. Not only did they complete the job quickly, they did so with little disturbance to my tenants. They were very friendly and always got back to me promptly whenever I needed anything.

They even fixed the flat-top roof so that it would no longer collect standing water after it rains. This was a problem I had dealt with for years and had multiple roofers tell me it could only be fixed by re-structuring the entire roof (which would cost major money).

I would most definitely use them again for any roof repairs or replacements.

I spent $30,000 on a roof with them about fourteen years ago. I need a repair and have called them probably eight times in the last six weeks. Got a call back after the sixth call and was told that they would schedule the repair. Still haven't gotten that call! Terrible customer service!

Two calls & two e-mails over a week and a half trying to get an estimate for a new roof... No reply. Guess they don't need the business. That's that.
