I recently had a new roof installed on my duplex, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The crews were organized, punctual, professional, and well-coordinated. Each phase of the project--from tearing off the old roof to painting, installing new fascia boards, laying the sub-surfaces and asphalt shingles--was handled with precision and efficiency. The crews worked seamlessly, like they've done this a hundred times before.
The final result looks perfect -- a handsome new roof that has completely transformed my property. They did a beautiful job replacing dry-rotted boards and rebuilding my front porch overhang. They were careful working around the property and even covered the ground with plastic to make cleanup a breeze.
A special shout out to Mark at Roofing Specialists ([email protected]). He was a pleasure to work with and helped myself and my tenants prepare the interior for the work. He gave us plastic covering to use as needed inside and even taught me a thing or two about roofing. This was the second time I hired San Diego roofing specialist to replace a roof and the company again exceeded my expectations, and I'm delighted with the outcome. Five stars all the way.

I have a 20+ years old roof & unfortunately couple of tiles (Boral Capri Trim) fell off from the roof & I have to ensure that it gets replaced fast & with care.. of course at a reasonable cost!

Robert at Roofing Specialists of San Diego was very easy to work with & very fast in responding to my queries. Within hours of me sending to him the pictures of where the work has to be done, Robert immediately responded with the quote (reasonable :-) ) & after agreeing on the cost, immediately setup an appointment for the replacement.

Crew arrived on day/time and as expected. Not only they did the work that was part of the agreed upon work, crew members also did ensure couple of other loose tiles are secured well!

Overall - A great experience! Will use this company any day!!

I was referred to Eric from a friend and I'm so grateful to have met him. He came over and did a thorough evaluation of my roof and helped me to understand how many more years I might be able to get out of it, as well as how to mitigate potential problems (spoiler: minimize the number of people who are walking on your roof for any reason). He also educated me about proper ventilation in my attic and how to ensure optimal air flow. I found Eric to be extremely knowledgeable and also very trust-worthy. I am not replacing my roof right now, but when that time comes Eric will be the first call I make!

Needed to replace our aging roof and got estimates from a few highly rated companies. Roofing Specialists of San Diego was not the cheapest option, but their estimate was by far the most detailed and Mark Dice was excellent to work with. He was super responsive and extremely knowledgable on all aspects of the project. He also handled coordination with the solar company and even helped prepping everything before the crew arrived. I am amazed how efficient the crew was and how quick and smoothly everything went.
The crew added new OSB sheeting, replaced damaged wood, installed additional vents, replacement Velux skylights and new Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Cool Mountainside asphalt shingles as well as a new Dibiten torch down cricket.
A few minor issues we discovered were quickly taken care of and our new roof looks great! With the great workmanship and a 50 year warranty we feel confident we will be ok for a very long time. I highly recommend Roofing Specialists of San Diego!
