My roof turned out to be fabulous. They were done in one day and cleaned up every inch of ground. They replaced all the facia and wood needed to be replaced and two skylights..one in each bathroom. I was not only pleased with the work but +everyone was courteous etc. I would guarantee that you will be amazed at how smooth such a big job can go. By the way ,if you have questions ...ask away...Paul is with you every step of the way.

Paul Gallagher with Roofing Solutions has done three roofs for me in the past 10 years, On April 2018 Roofing Solutions of Tampa installed a new roof on my house, they offer a 10 year warranty with all new installations of roofs, but from the start it was nothing but problems. They came out several times trying to repair the leak on the new roof, but was never successful. The last time I called Paul Gallagher with Roofing Solutions his response about the problem was ""I don't believe you anymore,
sue me"" I am left with a big hole in my ceiling and a roof that leaks for the last almost 2 years now.

I had a great experience with Roofing Solution of Tampa, Paul Gallagher, and the office staff. It was determined during the home inspection of the home we were selling that the roof was very soft around the chimney and surrounding boards. Paul was very prompt in coming out and providing a full assessment of our roof along with his recommendation. We decided to replace the roof. Out of the 3 quotes that we received Roofing Solutions was by far the best value. At the time of install they said they would be out at a specific time and they were there. I was introduced to the foreman and supervisor for the job which was quite refreshing. The team was very quick and efficient in getting our new roof installed but not to quick where quality was compromised. The job was finished in about 2 days considering it was late June that the job was started and the rainy season started in full swing that week. I was very impressed with the entire process of replacing a roof with Roofing Solutions that I would not and have not hesitated to refer my friends and family to them at all.

As a local realtor of over 24 years I've had the pleasure of working with Roofing Solutions on at least 20 re-roofing jobs as well as many repairs and assessments of roof condition. I've always been impressed with the professionalism of their office staff as well as the owner Paul Gallagher. Roofing Solutions has also completed two of my personal homes. Recently on the second roof, I joined with two neighbors on both sides of side of my home and their firm accomplished 3 roofs in about 3.5 days. All completed as contracted and now after 6 years, not one problem. If there is ever a problem I call Paul and he always takes care of any issues and promptly returns phone calls within the day.

The husband and wife run this company and are very rude and unprofessional. They also hung up on me several times when I inquired about an inspection that never occurred on the roof. When I asked about the city inspectors office number, the wife gave me a dry cleaning service number for clothing. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! The disrespect I received from these people was disheartening; please refrain from providing them with any business. Arry's Roofing Service Inc. is a better option!

I agree with Sherry. Never use this roofing company. I recently bought a house that had the roof done by this company, all the venting had come undone in the crawl space including dryer duct. When he was called about this, even with a 10 year warranty, he refused to come to fix the problem which was from nailing the roof. The roof is only 6 months old. He is rude, crude, and told me he would not come out. Thank God I found someone who fixed his mistakes.

This company obviously only want your business if you are very rich and don't care about getting quotes to have your roof redone!

The estimator, Nick, was 45 minutes late. There was another roofer that appeared 15 minutes early and was measuring my roof to give me an estimate. Nick MADE UP a story about having a nephew that was terribly hurt and he had to go address the situation. He rescheduled with us for the next afternoon. Fine, no big deal. My husband took off work to meet him. Nick never showed up. I reached out to him via the cell phone that he called me from to reschedule. No answer. The next day I called the main organization to inquire if they could send me someone else to estimate our job. Got a return phone call a few minutes later letting me know that Nick decided NOT to come give me an estimate on my house because someone else was giving me an estimate. He choose to tell me a story about his nephew and he choose to reschedule the appointment and then he choose not to show up. If he would have just said ""hey, I'd prefer not to do this while someone else is there"" I'd of been fine with it. WHY LIE TO YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS?

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with! Paul Gallagher is the roofer, he has his wife running his office, and she has a nasty mouth, and no idea how to work with the public!
I would not use this company to roof my dog's house!
Don't waste your time or money on these unprofessional so called roofers or their rude fowl mouth receptionist!
