Roofing Solutions replaced our roof last summer. A rain storm revealed that there was a leak, and Roofing Solutions sent someone to repair the leak in the roof. But, even after repeated attempts to contact them on my part, Roofing Solutions has failed to come and repair my ceiling which was damaged because of the leaking roof.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their license is suspended in Hawaii. They owe money to people and companies they scammed. In the reviews Elijah D, is the owner, RJB is a friend of his who lives in Texas, Emma M works there now. K.S. is me who worked for him before he screwed me out of my pay checks. I have to take him to court to get paid. Their work is terrible and can't get competent roofers to work for them because he cheats them out of the money he owes them. If you do any work with this company be prepared for trouble

We had some wind damage on our upper roof and decided to replace both our upper and lower roof as the lower roof was a couple years away from needing it. Our lower roof immediately leaked after the first rain. Roofing Solutions came back out and it leaked less and eventually they were able to stop the leaking. About 6 months later it started leaking in the same place. After many left messages we were finally able to get an appointment. Roofing Solutions was 3 hours late to the appointment and we couldn't get a hold of them before hand. They technician told the office he knew what was wrong but we couldn't get another appointment. After many phone calls and left messages we still haven't received a phone call back. It is now raining for several straight days as the roof continues to leak, after a month of just trying to get an appointment or a phone call back. The roof leaking is forgivable, but at least return our phone calls.

I have been dealing with this roofing company for a year. Sloppy, shoddy work. They refuse to properly fix a leak that is a direct result of their poor work. The staff does not return phone calls. I could go on and on. I wish I had read reviews before picking this company. DO NOT use them!

Worst decision I could have made was to hire them. Unprofessional, drama within the crew (fights so loud neighbors were calling me at work), sloppy, shoddy work, disrespectful to property and neighbors, scam all the way. 100% dissatisfied. Over 20% of total job change order bill handed over when they said they were finished (2 more weeks of hassles to actually get the worst completed). No mention during job of additional charges or any discussion. Pressured to pay balance before job was completed. Attic full of debris, yard killed, personal items missing -tools etc. I could go on and on but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the hell this was.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! They were rude to me my whole appointment, and when I went outside to smoke a cigarette one of the workers came outside so I offered him one. As soon as I did, he got all in my face and tried to fight me. Ps. I could smell alcohol on his breath. Never doing business with this company again.

Great customer service and quick response time! Phone and questions always answered. Super convenient location on the Windward side but services the whole island. Happy to refer them to family and friends of my own!

*Update: Elijah, the owner messaged me and addressed the issues that i experienced with the company. He said they have changed their business model to reduce most if not all of the problems i've gone through with them. My roof is still holding up fine and i appreciate the fact that they emailed me to address the issues that i had with my project. I went to kaneohe a few months ago and noticed they're no longer i business by Adon plaza, i guess they moved.

Called my home to do an inspection. (My roof was just painted 5 years earlier)
Inspect comes climbs onto roof took some pictures and didn't bother to send us any response after he did the job. He also didn't notify us that he accidentally damage our rain gutter on the garage. I would find out about the damage after it rained. And because we got no receipt from the first inspection and that my father who is very old doesn't remember who did the job. Had to wait until they called again 4 months later.
This time I was home and took the call. A Sean Remos - Project Manager showed up and explain to me that I needed to replace my whole garage roof. I showed him the damage rain gutter and he assured me that he will send someone over to replace it.
That was 1 year ago this month. After yesterday's heavy downpour. I'm not waiting anymore.
Don't be SCAM! I GAVE THEM ONE STARS (but actually they deserve No Star). They came here damage my roof and took off.

had my roof repaired through them back in June 2017. Sean was the company rep that came out for the estimate. the repairs were decent and seem to be holding up so far. however there was additional repairs that had to performed and it cost me several thousand dollars above the estimate. then there was an issue with payments and when I inquired about the transactions done through Sean I was informed he was not with the company anymore. It appears that he was let go the week that my roof was being repaired and I was not even notified. suspicious operations, as I got conflicting stories about what happened. hopefully my roof will hold up to the weather and if not I hope that they will honor their promise to remedy the situation as promised by Elijah the business manager.
