I had an inspection done that I was under the impression was free. They charged me $150 and then had no follow up as to what the problem was. They just charge me $150 and that was it

Kudos to Marcus & Miguel for their professional efforts in repairing my house' roof leak in timely manner. No complaint on their workmanship, and both them are polite and honest. Also, my appreciation to Mike, Curtis and their stuff for addressing the urgency of the inspection and repair on my roof issue. I'll not hesitate to call for their service for any roof issue I may need on the future.

Mike is a very fast talker. Convinced me to get a cool roof with a ridge cap. That only increases heating costs in the winter and I told him our house is always cold. I didn't do enough research before I took his advice

I always fix things around my house myself. my wife wanted me to get a roofing company to do it so I don't fall off the roof lol. so she called roofing solutions Aaron talked with my wife about water going over the rake tiles on the side of my garage which rotted the wood on the facia and a couple of rake tile fell off. this was two years ago. I called him and explained the concern about water going over the rake tiles and going under the rake tiles and collecting at the corner and soaking the ground at the corner of my foundation. most anyone knows that you should not have water next to your foundation. I told him I hate having people do work for me because they almost always screw it up. he assured me they would do an excellent job. WRONG! so the work crew came out and did the job and it looked good. they broke one of the flat tiles while performing the work and replaced it with one that doesn't match. i would have went to a place on the roof you can not see from the front and use a tile from there to match. nope! also I figure they would use some aluminum flashing to direct the water to the gutter next to the rake tiles. that is what I would have done, nope! I talked with the head crew guy and explained that the water was coming over the rake tiles causing the wood to get wet and rotting the wood. he said he would fix it and no water would come over the rake tiles. cool. looked at the job when done and gave the guys a nice tip. found out they didn't paint the back side of the facia. they had to come back and finish painting. so now the first rain comes rain is pouring over the rake tiles and flooding my yard. not happy. e mailed Aaron and he said that they were only supposed to replace the facia and broken rake tiles, not fix the reason the facia got wet and rotted. huh who does that you are a roofer. what are roofers for to fix leaks. I'm a professional auto technician and told him that would be like if you brought your car in for wet carpet that was ruined and I just replaced the carpet and not fix the leak. I would never do that because I'm a professional. I would fix the leak, duh. so I called a supervisor and the owner called me back and said the same thing Aaron said they were just supposed to replace the facia and tile. he blamed it on the down spout coming from the second story on to the garage just like every house in my neighborhood. well during the rain storm I went around the neighborhood and not one house had water coming over the rake tiles. I told him that and he said he didn't care what the other house were doing. the he said that my house is not within code. called many roofers and all said that is not true. so I would not do business with this company. not professional and shady

Aaron was great! He took the time to show us what needed to be done to repair our roof. He was very friendly and informative. The crew who came out to do the work did a great job as far as I can tell. We should be set for when the rains come.

I was referred to this company and I'm very glad I used their service. I started out working with Mike. Very accommodating. He and his staff all held my hand on the insurance process. Mike spent an additional amount of time researching for the best price on my skylight and they included cleaning out my gutters. He also suggested to be here when the insurance company did their inspection to be sure nothing was missed. I made MANY calls to the office staff and each time, they were all patient and friendly and did not make me feel inadequate and always ended our conversations with, ""don't hesitate to call, if you have any more questions"". I made the mistake of the color of the roof and I was allowed to change it without a fee. I realize it cost them time and effort to redo the paperwork. Mike also offered me an option for a low interest rate to finance through Travis Credit Union, to spare my savings. I was pleased with the finished look at the transition of the roof to the house. It was improved from the original roof. It was a clean transition. The bonus is that it now matches my house color. I will use Roofing Solutions when I replace my income property roofs.

Excellent service all around. Mike was very professional and helpful. Jessica at the office assisted us in every way and was very accommodating. And the 3 men who changed our facia boards and did roof maintenance were excellent. I would highly recommend Roof Solutions.

The estimate process was easy and our ""project manager"" Aaron Whittmers was a delight to speak with; super personable guy. However, our conversation with him was pretty misleading as well. We were told that there was ""a lot"" of work to be done and that it would take 1-2 days to complete (meaning 8-16 hours of labor, in my mind). We were told T&M would be more costly because it could take longer, so it's better to do an estimate/set price contract. We opted for that, on Aaron's recommendation. When the worker arrived, he spent ONE hour working and began cleaning up. He then took an hour lunch break, and came back to clean up (taking another 30 minutes). When Juan (their A+ worker) left, Aaron came back to the house because I called concerned about the amount of work to be done and the workers were already gone. Aaron ended up taking pictures because he was so embarrassed that his ""Ace worker"" had left things undone and unfinished. Juan came back the following week to touch it up, which took another 30 minutes. Long story short, the owner REFUSED to acknowledge the mis-quote in our estimate (1-2 days worth of work), and said we were responsible for the entire $2000 we were quoted at. Keep in mind, their T&M price is $89/hr per worker and our work was done in 2 hours total, even AFTER they had to come back and finish their rush job. There were NO materials for this job, as we supplied all the tiles they replaced on the roof. There was $30 worth of rubber pieces that they provided. I literally felt sick to my stomach that they padded the estimate so much and felt completely justified in charging $1000 per hour. I offered $800 for the 2 hours of work to try and be fair (knowing they have overhead and a business to run), but the owner said ""absolutely not, we will file a lien against your house."" The most he would budge was a few hundred. Both my husband AND myself come from construction families, so WE GET IT. But, this company will pad bills, hurry through jobs, leave unfinished, and over charge MORE THAN A LAWYER for basic gutter cleaning and replacing some roof tiles (calling it heavily-experienced, skill work). I am still sick to my stomach that there are companies out there like this. Don't trust their bids (unless you're using it ONLY for an insurance claim, they'll get you your monies worth).
