We had another quote from a company and all they were going to do was re-shingle where Ivan suggested that we remove the old and start fresh for just a bit more than we were quoted. They were professional and fast!! I actually was quite impressed (in Pittsburg heat) how quickly they got the job done! Thank you to you and your crew! Our new roof looks amazing with great warranty on both the shingles and workmanship!!! We also added gutter screens and they even trimmed a bit of our neighbors tree that was hitting our roof. They are nice responsive and affordable.

My flat roof was damaged on March 14, 2023, due to extreme wind. I asked for referrals from roofing supply companies also called a few roofers. Many roofers responded. Ivan saw the urgency of the situation and recommended that a temporary roof be installed. I was lucky the rain stopped for a few days and Ivan's crew installed the temporary roof and prevented major flooding before another major storm came. I had water ponding on the old roof, if the temporary roof were not installed, there will be major flooding inside the building. For the roof replacement, Ivan's quote was very reasonable and way cheaper than some other quotes. The roof was replaced timely and Ivan did everything he promised and then some. He knows his stuff. I would strongly recommend him to my friends.
