I needed to have some roof repairs done to 2 areas of my roof that were not draining properly which caused water damage to the rafter boards and plywood soffit to rot. I noticed the problem when the water damage weakened the plywood enough that birds broke through the softened plywood to build nests in the roof. I also had a board supporting underneath my balcony which had deteriorated from termite damage.

I did not have any luck with the first 2 roofing companies I called because they were too busy to come out to give an estimate. So when I called Felipe he came out to give me a Free estimate within a couple days, and had the work done a week after that.

Felipe and his partner found 4 water rotted boards on the roof which they replaced and added new plywood and waterproofing layer. They painted all the new boards and fixed the water gutter problems. They also replaced and painted the termite rotted board underneath the balcony.

They did a great job and I was really pleased with how quickly they responded, their professionalism, they organized all their equipment and cleaned up at the end of each day. Felipe was an honest guy and gave me a fair price. I'd definitely recommend.

Felipe and his assistant repaired a roof leak around a skylight in my triplex in Newark. He identified the problem immediately (improper flashing around the skylight) and suggested a couple of options. After securing the materials, he did the repair promptly and cleaned up. His price was quite reasonable. He also recommended other repairs and maintenance for the future. I would use him again because I found him to be knowledgeable, honest and thorough. After a couple of big rainstorms recently, no leaks!

I hired Felipe based on his fast responsiveness and called him. I needed to get the gutters clean before the rain. Felipe responded fast and also explained on call his plan of action. He sounded knowledgeable so I hired him.

He spent a good amount of time throughly cleaning the gutters and downspouts and also identified some areas of improvement like the flash in needed some caulking as well as to put a downspout filter to avoid it to get blocked. No one before identified that problem.

Amazing! Would hire him again for my gutters and roofing needs. Also he is reasonably priced!
