Mario was quick to reply to my request for my flat roof repair by adding a silicone application to the existing torch down which was leaking due to being very old. He provided a fair price to complete the job, a date that worked for my schedule and showed up on time. After job was completed, he cleaned up the site. What impressed me the most, was he did everything as promised and paid attention to details. Even the very smallest details and remembered my requests. I will be calling on his services again when it's time to replace the entire roof. Very happy customer!! Dorothy

The communication was pretty confusing. They said to do the initial evaluation for free but in the next hour changed their mind and want to charge me 100 dollars. Do not recommend.
