Manny runs an excellent roofing repair business. He is personable, fairly priced, and holds a wealth of knowledge about the unique tile roofs of Orange County, including the tar and gravel roof, which he repaired for me. Manny's helper, Eugenio, does impeccable work. No shotty rush-job here... quality materials, careful application, resulting in durable smooth surfaces, free of air gaps. Also, I was having rodent problems in the attic, and Manny carefully scanned the roof to find entry points that were missed previously, after which Eugenio filled with cement. Very highly recommended.

Had Manny come out towards the end of 2020 to repair a handful of broken roof tiles. He responded timely and showed up when he said he would. He pointed out a few areas where the previous roof installer (~7-10 year old roof) didn't lay the underlayment out correctly and after following up on the research and looking at a roof replacement of a home nearby, the info he shared with me was correct. Manny knows his stuff. He's in my phone for any future roof repairs.

Oh my gosh!! I didn't want to wait to write this review. Manny is such a awesome person and helped us out so quickly!
We had a exhaust pipe on the roof that lost its cover and we originally wanted to go with this roofer that our realtor suggested. It was a 3 week ordeal trying to get a straight answer and scheduling with that guy! I gave up with the realtors suggestion and went on yelp.

I submitted a quote request here on yelp and within the hour I heard from Manny. Such a friendly knowledgeable guy! And boy did he take care of us quickly! Within one day he was able to get us (and install) a new cover for the exposed exhaust pipe on the roof!
If we ever have any more roofing issues, I know we will be giving Manny a call. He definitely cares about his work and customers.

We called 6 companies for quotes, some never even called back and 1 was a no show. Manny was on time and provided a reasonable quote for our roof leak. We was able to quickly and efficiently repair it and took special precautions not to break any of the old tiles on our roof. We were very happy with his work.

Manny knows his stuff, trust him, he is not out to screw you over, does not send someone in a fancy truck to give you an estimate. AKA -a middleman you pay for to drive around. He is honest and straightforward. He came out to fix two flat spots on my roof. He did a great job. He also replaced some exterior wood around the house from termite damage. He painted primer on all the wood. He offered to paint the new wood the house color, but I told him I was going to have the house painted. I would highly recommend him for all exterior work you might need.

Manny and crew replaced wooden boards/fascia, etc. and added on to our roof above our front door. It only took couple days and the price was right. I highly recommend him.
