I was given a price in writing from this company by a sales representative, I thought I didn't receive the estimate so I asked for another one, it was a $2000 difference. i emailed the representative as to what the difference was after I found the original estimate. NO RESPONSE, I tried calling the sales representative and he picked up and was DEAD AIR. So I tried calling the company and was called back by the owner Jose who told me the original estimate in writing was a mistake and refused to honor it. This company in very UNETHICAL. BEWARE.

The Cons:
The crew came to repair two areas. I walked out to take a look at the first section they finished working on I saw a hole in the wall. (Pic below) When I asked the lead crew guy he said he accidentally made the hole and patched it with some putty but that he didn't have any concrete to properly patch it. He said he would come back and patch up the hole. He never did. A week later the estimator came to assess the work of the crew. I told him about the hole, he didn't know about it. He assured me he would have someone come to fix it. We spoke by phone a bit later and the estimator said he had spoke with the project manager and that someone would be at my home the next day around noon to patch the hole. No one came. No one called to cancel or to reschedule.

The pros:
Easy to make an appt. Estimate was reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. Crew was almost on time. Crew cleaned up very well when they were done.

Continuous rescheduling with empty promises from the site manager. Incomplete and faulty work from workers. Who uses red cement on a grey cement roof? Obviously what ever was left in the back of the truck. Incomplete follow through from the project manager. Horrible company to deal with as you can see.

I highly recommend Recovery Roofing. They gave us a great price and they followed through with their guarantee. I will definitely use them again!!! Very trustworthy and great service.

Very unhappy - had a roof repair done in March 2017. Now in April of 2018, it's leaking in the very same spot. Definitely would not recommend.
