Contacted them to check my roof after a hail Strom. Their receptionist was polite and helpful. They got someone out to my property the next day.

The individual was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.

At the end of January, we discovered that we needed a new roof when the solar installers nearly fell through a soft spot.
I know Roofing Ranger from an installation that was done at our church and I knew that the church had made some warranty claims. Vadim always came out quickly, and never charged the church even though none of the issues were not caused by his work.
I also called another local roofer.
The other roofer, left me a folder of information after he saw that Roofing Rangers had been out. Vadim let me know what the insurance company would be looking for when I called to report the claim.
Vadim was here when the adjuster came and provided his bid promptly to the adjuster. The other roofer was a no-show.
Vadim explained both his bid and the insurance coverage. We had a large deductible which Roofing Ranger provided the source to pay interest free over 24 months. We spent $250 to upgrade our shingles to class 4 and saved 4 times that at renewal. Vadim dealt with the insurance company for everything but the mortgage company release and was extremely patient when there were issues obtaining the release.
The roof on our 2-story house is very high and quite steep. The tear off was done without tearing up our landscaping and the installation: drip edge, decking, water barrier, shingles, flashing and solar fans was done in one day. Gutters, and leaf covers on the gutters were done on day 2. The fence was repaired and stained as soon as the weather permitted.
We had a single issue with a tear in our radiant barrier and that was fixed immediately upon discovery.
There just is no reason not to choose Roofing Ranger to replace your roof!
They are professional in every way, the craftsmanship is excellent, and the communication is the best I have experienced on any of the multitude of home repair and remodeling projects in the last 7 years.
We received a terrific value for the money spent. We have a 40 year shingle installed under our solar panels (that Vadim came and checked for damage after installation). It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience using Roofing Ranger to replace our roof. Vadim came to do an initial assessment and clearly explained the entire process from start to finish since it was our first time making an insurnace claim for hail damage. They set a time, arrived at the house early and finished the roof install in one day. A separate team came by the day before and after to remove and re-install the gutters. Vadim and someone else from his team stopped by to check progress and do a final sweep to make sure all the nails were removed from the home premises. Overall, super happy with the results and effort taken.
