Our 55+ community clearly has NO SOLICITATION signs at every entrance and yet, this company insists on sending its salespeople in to prey on senior citizens who will use Eustis Roofing or some other company of their choosing - not some lawbreaking company who ignore Florida state laws and go up and down the street trying to drum up business. We have a private Facebook site with most of the 600+ residences, and I assure you that none of them care if you ""did (our) neighbor's roof"" or any other nonsense you are trying to peddle. Everyone here now knows your company's name, has your salespersons' photos, and the info. has been forwarded to the Lake County Sheriff's Office. They are not happy, and it's possible many of them will leave a similar negative review to warn the general public about your unscrupulous business practices. We wouldn't trust you to do a free roof inspection or any work around our homes if you offered it for free.

I'm a retired advertising professional and can think of at least 50 legal ways to get your business out there, none of which require breaking laws and cold calling people who do not want you or the dozens of other service companies knocking on our doors. Not today, not ever.

I know for a fact that my insurance company had no intention of covering a new roof, even after raising my rates exponentially. They told me on two occasions that my 15-year-old roof was in ""good shape"", and they saw no damage. Now, thanks to the professionals at Roofing Pros, I received a total roof replacement and my insurance is covering everything! Roofing Pros inspected my roof, identified wind and hail damage, and documented it all with pictures. They worked directly with my insurance company, at one point even meeting with the inspector to walk him through the damage in person. The team at Roofing Pros contacted me weekly to make sure I knew exactly where we were in the process and their communication and knowledge was invaluable. The new roof looks amazing! I would happily recommend Roofing Pros to anyone tired of dealing with the games insurance companies play. I definitely couldn't have done this without them and I'm extremely grateful for their help and hard work!

I can't exactly attest to the quality of their work - my neighbor's roof looks nice but that's all I know. My problem is with their sales employees/solicitors.
They send these people up and down the street of the house they worked on, to get business... fine. But the young woman who came to my house needs to be taught some manners.
First, she looks at my 'No soliciting' sign and knocks anyway. Now my dogs are barking.
Then, I go to the door and she tells me how they just did my neighbor's roof and said my roof looked like it needed to be replaced. I told her it's just dirty (it is) and she proceeds to tell me how she sees raised tiles and such.... I tell her we just had it inspected 2 years ago when we got solar. This should have ended it with an ""OK thanks, have a good day."" But no, she had to counter with the comment that a lot of solar companies are putting it in on bad roofs to get a sale.
Now, I'm getting irritated. She's not only arguing with me, she's insulting my intelligence.
I think I didn't shut it down because I was in such shock that a person wanting a sale would talk this way to a potential customer. She insinuated that the solar company did their own inspection and I told her We did it. Then there were 3 more back-and-forth's about who did the inspection and I finally caught my breath and said, ""we don't need a roof!"" She gave me a snotty look, said ""fine,"" and walked away.
I wouldn't use this company for my roof, even if I needed one and they were the only roofer within 50 miles. If this is how they train their employees to make a sale - disrespect, insults, and intimidation - then they don't deserve to be in business.
--what's sad is that 2 young men from the solar company the neighbor used came by for the same reason, and they were So friendly and very respectful. If we didn't already have solar, I would have considered them.
What polar opposite experiences.

Last night I went on Facebook page for Roofing Pro's's after I wrote a comment to them about the assignment of benefits they denied it until I sent them the business card from their employee then after I wrote a complaint about them and how bad they were they shut down the Facebook page

They did not seal my flashings properly causing a leak to my interior ceiling. I initially called a plumber thinking I had a leak. Roofing Pros repaired the flashing but refused to reimburse me for the plumber or the drywall damage, costing me an $700 out of my pocket
