Roofing Pros Company know the real meaning of 'customer service.' They did an amazing job on replacing our roofs shingles. The shingles had been falling off and were cracked for so long. I was avoiding getting this project done because I thought it was would hard and long process. I was wrong! Roofing Pros Company did a great job and it was easy. I didn't have to do much besides sign the paperwork. It was easy from the beginning to the payment process. Glad I hired them.

Thanks to Roofing Pros Company, our roof looks a million times better. We had been putting off re-roofing the house but it was finally time after the rain destroyed it and caused a leak in the house. We had enough and decided to look for a roofing contractor to hire. My neighbor recommended Roofing Pros Company and I'm glad she did. They did an amazing job and their prices were very affordable. They finished the roof completely within 4-5 days. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I'd recommend them for sure.

After reading all these positives reviews, I thought to give the company a try. I contacted them and was able to schedule for a technician to come and provide free estimate. Up to this point, things were smooth and nice. Then, it got weird. On the scheduled day of inspection, the technician called and said he's 'too busy' and will not be able make it. However, he will come if we pay a $350 inspection fee. During our phone conversation, he asked to get our credit card number and said the 'job' will cost $4500 to start!!! He hasn't even shown up for the estimate and is already demanding a fee! This is absolutely unacceptable. We weren't even sure how he came up with the number! All we are looking for was for roof repair and maintenance. This almost feels like a scam. So, we didn't bother to reconnect with the company. The conversation with the technician proved to be unprofessional. I would advice people to watch out when speaking with them.

Unbelievable service. I wish all contractors were as fair, took as much pride and willing to take constant progress photos of their work to send me. I was able to have them start on my roof and received regular updates by text of photos as they meticulously removed my damaged tile, replaced the paper and reinstalled the tiles. These guys are awesome. Already had them do work at my sisters house too and she was extremely satisfied. I am a customer for life. Special kudos to the crew.

huge thank you to roofing pros company for the great service. I was looking for a quick repair on my roof for it suffered some damage after a couple wind storms and was just wearing it down overtime. They were able to send a technician over the next day to evaluate my property. The technician Jose performed the roof pair service within two hours and was very efficient and professional.
