If I could give 0 stars I would. After getting a quote and them promising they would finish up in a day, they did not. They worked for 2 days, were very unorganized and messy and didn't even finish the work. They disappeared and 6+ months later our salesman called to try to get the rest of the money. When my husband refused because they had not finished the work, the OWNER of the company called my husband from Dallas/Ft. Worth area and verbally threatened him. Needless to say a police report was made. I still can't believe the owner of a company would threaten one of their customers.

The bad guys won. They got the rest of their money.

In April of 2017 we has a bad hail storm in Canton,Il.,after seeing our roof and siding damage I called the Insurance adjuster and he was thier in a couple of days and we discussed the damages and he gave me his estimate damage listing. I contacted a reputable roofing contractor and Scott came out and gave me an estimate only after insisting in seeing what the adjuster had left for us, we signed a contract for an agreed upon price,A few days later Scott called and stated he had left that company due to a liteny of excuses and had joined another kind of unheard of local company and wanted to resign a contract with that company so I agreed,even before we could sign that ,Scott had left that company and joined with Roofing Professinals and we resigned a new contract with them.During that time I recieved a call from the first company's rep and they were informing thier customers that had signed with Scott that they had to let him go because of pricing issues with the customers and did not want the customers being led to believe he was still in their employ.Approx 1 month after signing the contract with Roofing Professionals we had the roof replaced,work seemed to be ok quality,then Scott started setting dates for the siding to be replaced and every date came and went with a laundry list of excuses, then finally after telling him to give us a date and be there or we were done doing business with him.Finally they made it and replaced the siding,window tin,screens and work was good job. During all this Scott kept telling us he was getting all kinda of additional work done and that the adjuster would or had already approved it,he even went so far as to try to get us to agree to them replacing ALL the siding on the house and he would get the extra siding to redo the garage also ( the garage had NO siding damage),I became a littl gunshy of all these claims and contacted my adjuster and he clearly stated that was nonsense and Scott was attempting to get us into a bind..On a Sunday Scott showed up to collect the remainder of the bill,On the contract we agreed to a set price and for any suplimentals that arose during the work for which there was 3 clearly spelled out in the adjusters final payout sheet. Scott disagreed with the price and became quite hot under the collar when I wrote out the check for the remaining amount plus the 3 additional items and told him that was what we agreed on and that is what he was geeting and he had 2 choices take the check or we would see him in court. He took the check marked the contract PAID and left as he was leaving he was threatening us with a lawsuit,to have someone pay us a visit,a lien on my house etc. Now we are getting threatening letters from ROOFING PROFESSIONAL demanding additional monies or they will ruin my credit and so on. After contacting our adjuster about the problem he stated that the experience with SCOTT was a very contentios one and That Scott had tried to bully him also.

(update from first review) Now.....months later........MY ROOF IS STILL LEAKING !!!!! We've had several leaks, some were really bad. Then you have wet sheetrock. What a big mess !! Hindsight is 20-20 as they say. I wish I would have known and picked a reputable company. They talk a big game, but they back ""absolutely"" none of it up. Don't fall for the BIG sales pitch. ? SKY DIAMONDS ? Its all smoke and mirrors.
