We had a pretty major leak with the heavy rains. My neighbors recommended Jesse. I called him and he came out the same evening fixed the leak and have had no issues since. He is currently working on my parents roof and they love him and his crew. I highly recommend him.

worst company out there!! stay away form this guy.. he doesnt know how to fix a roof.. takes your money and runs.. doesnt even know how to fix the roof.. why pay him if he doesnt fix it.

First of all, I feel obligated to warn others regarding the slick sales pitch from Jesse. He can con you into buying desert land that is out in the middle of nowhere. All the promises he makes when he shows up to give you an estimate is total bull****. That is up until all the work is completed and four months down the line, rain starts and the roof starts to leak.

I thought to myself, ok I will just call Jesse up to schedule a warranty repair. So I call on a Friday to set up a date Saturday at 2:00pm. He tells me to call on Saturday to remind him about the appointment. I start getting a bad feeling. I don't think this guy cares, why do I have to remind him about an appointment? Saturday rolls around, I call and he gives me the runaround and does not show up. OK, I am a patient man, so we make another appointment for Monday at 11:00am. I take time off from work, but guess what he doesn't show up, again!

Just imagine having buckets in the house used to catch rainwater coming down the ceiling and you get the idea. Roofing Only has no trouble taking your money, but when trouble starts, they won't be around for you. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company because I sure don't want anyone to go through what I have gone through.

And by the way Jesse, if you ever read this, you should be ashamed of yourself. In my line of work, I swore to protect and serve and help every citizen that calls regardless of who they are. It makes me sick that there are still companies like Roofing Only out there that put profit before people.

The price was reasonable, and the job was done on time. However, they left my satellite wires dangling in an unsightly manner. I didn't see the problem until after they had left (with my check in hand!). When I called to ask them to come fix the problem, they said they would. Well, I'm still waiting . . . Companies that take pride in their work follow up cheerfully with good customer service. I take it that these guys don't want my repeat business or my referrals.

Where do I start. This guy gave us problems from the start. When my sister called him, he seemed to ignored her...when i called I asked for a day and time for him to come give us an estimate and didn't show up. When I called, it sounded like i woke him up and I confronted him about whether he was interested in the job, he said yes and said he'd be there in 30 minutes.
I dont know where people are getting these great experiences with this guy but I will make it a purpose to make sure people know that he'll waste your time. His name is Jessie.

Undisputed best roofing company experience we have ever had! My 83 yr old mother lives in Montebello and she need a roofing repair. I called four companies for bid and recommendation. Jesse from Roofing only came out to my mother's home and provided her a recommendation. One of the things he said is we are booked for three to four months but I will try my best to squeeze her small job in-between permit work on someone else's home (this was in October 2015). He said our pricing is what it has always has been, unlike other roofing companies taking advantage of El Niño predictions and jacking up price as much as double or more. He provided a fair price and an excellent warranty 10 year material and 10 years labor for the type of job we needed. A few weeks later he called me from the material supply house and said there is a new product that now gives 15 year warranty for slightly more than the 10 year and he would match with a 15 year warranty on labor if we were interested (we were only talking 20% more for the material), we agreed and he come that day and did the repairs. Although Southern Calif El Niño predictions were weaker than thought, what rain we did have never made into the house after Jesse completed the job, zero leaks, he knew exactly where and what to do.... spot-on 100%. If you are looking for a great roofing company with fair pricing, great knowledge, customer service, and excellent warranties, call Roofing Only Company in Pico Rivera. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

carlos at roofing only has done a great job at my house in silverlake. he stripped my roof down to the slats and put a whole new roof on my home and took care of the clean up with his co workers as promised. I enjoyed having them here! A great guy who does what he says he is going to do, and at a great price, i interviewed 5 different roofers and chose carlos with no regrets. His quote was super competitive and what can i say, i sleep better at night now knowing that has been handled properly. i will always recommend them to friends. thanks again carlito!

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job on my roof and I am really happy with the job they did. He demands nothing short of excellence from his crew and does not cut any corners. He replaced all bad boards and made sure I knew what was going on in the process of putting on the new roof.

He used quality materials and gave me such a great price. I was almost a little skeptical because his price was so good. Usually you get what you pay for, but the quality of his work was outstanding. Also, they did a nice job of keeping things swept so debris did not block our walkways which was nice because I have small kids.

There are a lot of guys that came out to give me roofing quotes and they all talk a smooth game. It is hard to know whom to choose and whom to believe. When Carlos, from roofing only, came to give me his quote I thought he came off as a real stand up guy that would back up his word and my instincts were correct.

If you want a great price, quality work, and pay your money to good hard working people then look no further.
