Looking for reliable service AND friendly staff?? This is the company you need to call. Prompt service, reliable & affordable work performed on our home. 100% satisfied!

Poor, poor services and construction!! Waste of time and expensive! Talk a good game to get you to use then no professionalism.
Called them to look at roof, told them I had purchased home and taken off flat roof over porch because had low place in corner and water was running back under roof leaking in living room and wetting wall. Also told them had been built in stages I guessed, not sure, but not only low place on back left but other side of inset was higher. Three men came and talked over, said no problem they could replace cover over porch (8' x 15'). Roof has been on six months and with big rain water is leaking in living room and walls again. They have roof sloped to throw all water to left from valleys and two gable sides, one center part. Water holds on flat roof at back, where I told them was a low place and stands about 1"" deep. Measured by roofing supervisor! Then after fills roof all comes off in one place!
Of course they say when I had insulation blown in it raised the roof at valleys, altho they took up metal to install plywood and did not bolt back down. They also cut back my metal roof on the overhangs 5 1/2"" so what happens when I take off again? They had 7 guys working on first day and no one but supervisor showed up second day. Not only have I got this problem again which they will not repair, insulation company says not their problem either, I have to figure something out to resolve plus again replace ceiling and look at wet insulation in walls. Wish I had my money back, choose them because of good review, so feel I need to add this so other people will not make this mistake.

I had Billy, Jr. out a dozen times between 2013 and 2014 to fix a leak in my roof. I paid him a bunch of money to do it. After six or seven visits, he said he needed more money to fix it, on top of the original bid. Several visits after that, it was still leaking. So I eventually just called out a different contractor.

Contacted to receive an estimate some came out the next day to get my infomation called several time just to be told i will get back with you never heard from them since .

Roof repair was not done as quoted.
I requested that 2 roof valleys be redone and the rafter tails across the front of the house be inspected because of possible water damage, this was noted in the quote. The roofer fixed the valleys very well but did not open up the areas around the rafter tails. When I questioned him about the water damage he said there was nothing to worry about but there was no warranty on the repairs. Now I find the areas I wanted checked are rotten and I have to pay another contractor to make the repair. Roofing Louisiana was the highest bid but I paid the higher price to make sure it was done right, I lost.

This company gave me the best price for a roof. They took off my old roof, laid down new felt, and installed my new roof all before noon. I have a 1900sq ft house. The guy told me they'd be here around 730am. I got up at 7am and had enough time to relieve myself and I hear car doors outside. I look, and my yard is swarming with cars and people! They attacked my house like a swarm of bees. We only had a minor issue with them running out of ridge cap shingles and having to go get more. That was nothing, really. Just slightly delayed the completion. When they finally left, I walked around my house with the supervisor and we found one single piece of old shingle, about 1 inch by 3 inches, on the ground. That was it. I later found maybe 3 roofing nails. I mean that's nothing, they had thousands to deal with.
A good company to deal with, don't hesitate.

What began as a wet spot on my ceiling soon turned into the most discouraging search for service that I've ever had to endure. I had previously heard that Roofing LA was pricier than other places in town, so being cost conscious, I called around. I could have saved myself a full week of headache and missed work if I had just called them to begin with... these were my experiences BEFORE calling Roofing LA.
1) Company A tells me they aren't doing roofing repairs. Refers me to Roofing LA, their competition. I should have taken this as a sign, but again was stubborn.
2) Company B missed THREE scheduled appointments to give me a quote within two days. This resulted in my missing a total of 5 hours of work, to only be stood up multiple times. After they passed along my number (which I did NOT approve) to one of their workers who spoke little English and didn't own tools, I told them not to call me again.
3) Called a handyman who could tell me little more than suggesting that I put a whirly bird vent in a space with only 6-8 inches of roof cavity. Not too wise of a recommendation.
FINALLY, Ray at Roofing Louisiana gave me a call. He came over and took a look at my roof, told me I should remove my ridge vents, seal them up, add a whirly bird, then seal up the skylight channels. I braced myself for what I thought would surely be a quote that would break the bank... but BOY was I wrong!
They were SURPRISINGLY inexpensive. They came and went, leaving NO mess, and did the job quickly and professionally. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my experience with This company. I appreciate the punctuality of the crew, the fairness of the price, and the professionalism of the staff. Again, my many thanks go out to Roofing Louisiana.
They will definitely get my business from here on out.
