We have contracted Jose and his team of pro's for a number of large commercial jobs, and for some small residential work. These guys are professional, clean, and take pride in their work. They are in the top 10% of roofers as far as quality and professionalism and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Beware Roofing Logistics will make recommendations on your property to redo siding, replace stucco, more roofing work than is needed. They only have a license for roofing work yet continuously make recommendations outside of that. I trusted them as experts until they started recommending hundreds of thousands of dollars of work on my home. They started my roofing work in April 2017 and it's still not complete in almost August. It has turned into a complete and utter nightmare to work with them.

This review is long overdue.
I had Roofing Logistics install a new roof on my home in SF last fall - before the heavy rains. The roof was installed to accommodate new solar panel. Jose was great and his foreman Jesus even better.
The bid received was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. His detail and willingness to explain EVERYTHING was what set Jose and his team apart from all others.
It took about 3 weeks to get the new roof completely installed. There were some rainy days that delayed things.
During the installation, every aspect of repair and reconstruction was well communicated. Additional costs to repair things (rot, etc that you cannot know about until the old roof is taken off) were all fair. No gauging or trying to overcharge for anything.
One thing about this company and Jesus the foreman that amazed me was their concern over the house when it might rain. One evening, at about 8pm (in the dark), Jesus showed up asking if he could could climb up on the roof (again in the DARK) to make sure all the tarps and stuff were secure for the rain we were supposed to get the next day.
Jose, Jesus and everyone at Roofing Logistics went above and beyond to install the new roof and make sure we were happy. I cannot recommend them more strongly!
Thank you Jose, Jesus and everyone at Roofing Logistics for making sure we stayed dry this winter. I cannot tell you how many times we thought about you as the rain came pouring down and we were worry-free.

Jose and Roofing Logistics are awesome! I had a leak in my fireplace that a fireplace guy told me was a roofing issue... and Jose was there to rescue me! I called Jose late in the season to get an estimate for repairs. He came out and gave me a comprehensive appraisal of what my roof needed - detailed information and photos. His guy, Sergio, was here as promised when promised and did the work in one day... and on budget! Through the many hard rains already this season, my fireplace has stayed dry and I am confident that the roof is repaired to perfection.

As a first time homeowner, making a major improvement to my new home, was overwhelming, to say the least. I met with several roofers, and Jose from Roofing Logistics was the last bid...and his presentation made a lasting impression. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, trustworthy. He made us feel we would get a quality roof without having to pay exorbitant prices. Jose was present and very accessible from start to finish, and his crew couldn't have been more wonderful. Jose was very accommodating, even working with the electrician and plumber to address other areas of the home while the roof was underway. I learned so much about every aspect of my roof, including ventilation, fascia, pitch, gutter systems, etc. My new roof is beautiful and we owe it all the Roofing Logistics!

We contracted with Roofing Logistics to put a new roof on our house in Berkeley recently. Our house is a hundred years old and has had numerous additions and remodels over the years. As a result, the roof also had sections of different ages and work of differing quality. We have quite a few different angles on the roof, skylights and seams. In preparing his bid, Jose Guerrero took many detailed pictures of the roof from various views, and showed them to us on his large-screen laptop. Every detail of the anticipated work was made clear to us. We thought his bid was reasonable, especially given the complexity of the job. The demolition was accomplished in a very short time and without any mess at all. The crew showed up every morning on time; they were hard-working and efficient, pleasant and accommodating to us in every way. We could not be more pleased, and recommend this company without reservation.

The best of the best!

Jose an his crew were no only professional but extremely nice and helpful. Our old roof came off and before they could finish installing the new roof, it rained. We had some leaks, but not only did Jose and his foreman come out to cover the roof to prevent further leakage, Jose took care of the any repairs the attic and ceiling because of the leaks. He also went so far as to fix something not connected the leak-putting stryofoam blocks around the recessed light fixtures so the insulation won't catch fire.

The roof looks great! Jose sat with us and explained everything before he even started. Gave us brochures, samples-even a sample board of the roof so we could tell how it would look. He offered varying costs depending on the type of roof we wanted. He endured all our questions and repeat questions without hesitation .A true professional and a wonderful and kind man-making sure we were happy at all times.

I would not hesitate to recommend him or his team. And I would use him again if needed.

Jose and his foreman Sergio did outstanding work on a job that required skilled roofing and carpentry skills. This involved an older backyard playhouse that needed significant siding repair along with the roof . Not every roofer is willing to do all the carpentry required. Not only did they complete each item I needed, but it was done with close attention to detail and awareness of my aesthetic preferences.
I look forward to working with Jose's team again!

Having someone do work on your roof is nerve-wracking. You know it's really important and you don't know that much about it yourself. So you're basically trusting someone to do a good job that you can't really tell if they have or not. Jose came out to check my roof in the huge rains of December and stood on my roof with me in the downpour to help me evaluate it. He showed me everything and explained it. He even unclogged my drain spouts on the spot just because he knew it needed to be done. I had not even awarded the job to him yet.

I did award Roofing Logistics the job and I was very happy with the decision. His team is professional and friendly, helping me onto the ladder to show me the work they did. They sealed and coated the drain edge around the perimeter of the house and cut a sample of the roof to determine if it had been done right or needed work. I asked for a couple of extra things to be done and they were added with no difficulty. I found the pricing very competitive and even better than I had feared, but the most important thing was that they did good work and went the extra mile to do so.

If you want the job well done you have to call Jose! The roof on my home needs to be completely replaced however, since we haven't had much rain I intend to only do a small repair on a spot that was terribly ugly. I was scheduled to have the repair man come by at 8 am and sure enough they sent over a gentleman by the name of Sergio. He was very polite and got the job done, with out any issues! He explained to me step by step as far as what he was going to do to. I appreciated that particular note because I had no idea how he could fix my roof. After a few hours the job was done! It was a great Halloween without the rain seeping through my roof!! Thank you Jose, I will call you once I'm ready for my new roof!! Keep up the good work!
