Roof inspections provide insight into your roof's state, including remaining lifespan, necessary repairs, and estimated expenses. I bring 12 years of experience from an Architectural/Engineering firm as a field technician and inspector, focusing on the entire building envelope—from below grade to the curtain wall and up to the roofing. I have held a roofing contractor license since 1997 (#739251-Huffman Roofing, Inc) and am a Registered Roofing Observer/Inspector (RRO) through the IIBEC (International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants). I am also recognized as a Certified EIFS Inspector (CEI) by the AWCI (American Wall and Ceiling Institute). For more than 40 years, I have been active in the Roofing and Waterproofing Industry. I have hands-on experience with residential, commercial, industrial, and military projects, serving as a contractor and third-party QA special inspector on military bases across the USA. I handle projects of all sizes, whether minor or major.
