Roof evaluations reveal the status of your roof, detailing years of service left, required fixes, and related costs. Having spent 12 years at an Architectural/Engineering firm, I have expertise as a field technician and inspector, concentrating on the full building envelope, from below grade through the curtain wall to the roofing. I have held a roofing contractor license since 1997 (#739251-Huffman Roofing, Inc) and am a Registered Roofing Observer/Inspector (RRO) through the IIBEC (International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants). Additionally, I am a Certified EIFS Inspector (CEI) accredited by the AWCI (American Wall and Ceiling Institute). For more than 40 years, I have been active in the Roofing and Waterproofing Industry. I have hands-on experience with residential, commercial, industrial, and military projects, serving as a contractor and third-party QA special inspector on military bases across the USA.
