Roof inspections provide insight into your roof's state, including remaining lifespan, necessary repairs, and estimated expenses. I bring 12 years of experience from an Architectural/Engineering firm as a field technician and inspector, focusing on the entire building envelope—from below grade to the curtain wall and up to the roofing. As a licensed Roofing Contractor since 1997 (#739251-Huffman Roofing, Inc), I am also a Registered Roofing Observer/Inspector (RRO) certified by the IIBEC (International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants). I hold a Certified EIFS Inspector (CEI) designation from the AWCI (American Wall and Ceiling Institute). For more than 40 years, I have been active in the Roofing and Waterproofing Industry. I have worked on residential, commercial, industrial, and military projects, acting as a contractor and third-party QA special inspector on military installations throughout the USA. No project is too small or too large.
