Juan and his team did it again! Great service, great communication, and quality work.
We connected with Juan to do some additional work on our small house that included: skylight installation, fascia removal and replacement, leak, and wood beam replacement with new roofing.
The work was done quickly and with care. We have 2 dogs, and we asked Juan to connect with us anytime his team was out so we can have our dogs go out for potty breaks, and he did. He made sure to communicate with us from start to finish. Once we have money lol we will make sure to connect with Juan once again for a new roof replacement. Highly recommend!

Juan and his crew once again did a great work on a major job with the tile roof on our ranch house. This roof is exposed to lots of wind and rough weather and we've called on Juan several times for smaller, emergency jobs between the larger jobs, and he always shows up and pays attention to each job, big or small.
The most recent job he completed is the largest his company has done for us. It took awhile for them to get to it, because of their busy schedule, so you need to plan and schedule with him ahead of time. But, once they got on the job, they were done in three days with a large portion of the side a tile roof.
Juan is a kind and patient person to work with and the results of his work are always excellent. I continue to highly recommend him.

Juan and his crew did a great job on our ADU not an easy roof to replace due to being steep. We had several bids and Roofing Innovations was very fair and I would recommend getting several estimates because some of them were way high. They completed the roof on time and it looks really good.

Although the project took longer than expected, Juan and his brothers have done a great job finally completing the metal roof on my house , before it was asphalt shingles where during the summer time the house inside would reach 90 degrees or higher in 2022 vs 2023 summer with metal roof reaching 83 degrees at most, definitely a lot cooler in the summer time now , no need to turn on the A/c. The reason I chose white was because the solar reflective index score is highest at 91/100 for white which is able to reflect the most heat off at most during summer time. It goes well with the white color house as well. When it rains, it is not loud either. After experiencing the metal roof from beginning of 2023 to almost end of 2023, I would say it is better than my previous tile roof and shingles roof on my previous houses, and I would go with roofing innovations for my next house if roofing needs to convert to metal. I also read recently on the news why the miracle house in Maui Hawaii survived the big fire, just google ""miracle house in Lahaina Maui fire"" it had to do with its red metal roof. Metal roofs are fire resistant. Also I had Juan to use titanium psu30 sticky synthetic underlayments since it's widely common to use for metal roofs. This is the standing seam metal roofing. I also had some standing seam metal siding done to the front and side walls adjacent to the metal roof. And the la county inspector came twice, first time was to inspect the plywood sheets and the 2nd final time was to inspect the finished metal roof in compliance with la county standards, and if fire smoke detectors were installed properly inside the house , all approved and passed 100%, permit was issued.

We had a leak in our roof this rainy season, and Juan and company came out to fix it on short notice. We had some setbacks because of the weather, tarp coming off during the rain, and some noisy neighbor made the city come out to force us to get an unnecessary permit, but Juan took care of it and came out right away when the tarp came off. Thank you for your help getting the roof done for a good value!

I have sent requests to several roofing companies and found Roofing Innovations was the most responsive for the job. The onsite estimate was done smoothly, pinpointing the issue, and the scheduled job was executed later, as promised. It leaked at the chimney cut-out, so the surrounding area was all opened and inspected. New material layers were placed, and broken tiles were replaced. I was amazed by the efficiency of the two men team and that the job was done much faster than I anticipated. I recommend their service!

Juan and his team are AMAZING. They delivered what they promised. We used them on two (2) projects. The 1st was a re-roof. Roofing Innovations (RI) demolished the existing roof and put a new roof on. YES the demoed condition was not quite expected and RI still lived up to their agreement. We had bank financing so payments required a lot of paperwork, which RI complied with. Best of all NO LEAKS, after some of the worst rain storms in LA. The 2nd job was a repair. RI promptly arrived on the job site and fixed our issues. A BIG THANKS to Roofing Innovations.
