I highly recommend Juan Rios and Team from Roofing Innovations. They were able to fix my leaking roof with great efficiency and expertise. Their prices were fair and reasonable. Juan was the only contractor from all the ones I requested who actually took a look at the roof and identified all the problem areas. The rest of the contractors I dealt with simply looked at the attic or just guessed the extent of damage with a cursory look.

The team was punctual, professional and completed the work as promised with no hidden fees. They did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with their work. There was no pressure sales pitch for additional services, just honest and quality work. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Had a couple of quotes from different roofers; roofing innovations came for a free quote and were well prepared, much better than some, they went onto the roof, took photos and explained what they would do and why. It was very intuitive and felt right.

It's a hectic time in my life at the moment with the holidays; the increased pressure, both professional and personal. In addition to all that, the company installing my solar pannels caught me off guard with an insall date days before Christmas to ensure I benefitted from this year's tax credit.

But before work could start, I needed several tiles replaced on my roof.

So I raced to Yelp and started looking for someone to get the work done right and meet a very difficult deadline with only a couple of days' notice. Oh, and I wanted the best price I could get of course ;)

This team not only met all my conditions, but they also went above and beyond by sealing all the seams on my roof's exhaust pipes for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

I certainly didn't expect that. I got a total update to my 17-year-old roof at a great price with next to no notice days before Christmas but with time to spare prior to the solar install. And best of all, I had zero stress thanks to them.

Juan was really helpful, he came and did an in person inspection the next day I request a quote. His crew did a great service and also helped to paint one part of fascia board that wasn't include in contract. Definitely recommend.
