With 30 years of experience in the industry, we expected more from Simon at Roofing Hands. Simon mis-measured the pitch of our roof during our initial estimate, which resulted in several thousand dollars in additional costs that he passed along to us, even though they were due to his initial measuring error. Not to mention, we watched his crew dismantle a weathered old pallet that had been sitting in our backyard for years (before we owned the house) and proceed to use that wood to patch a hole in our roof. It doesn't take a roofing expert to recognize how unacceptable that solution is, and it leaves us with a sense of distrust in the ""new lumber"" quote we received from the company. All said and done, the finished roof looks great, although it came in 35% over budget and several days longer than estimated. Simon is a nice guy, but we are disappointed for the unexpected extra charges due to things that were easily observable during his original inspection.

Our brand new roof took 3 days!!! His team showed up early Thursday and Finished Saturday. We received multiple bids from different companies and after meeting Simon we knew he was the one we wanted to go to. He was very upfront with all of his pricing and we didn't have any surprises during the job. He was very honest and wanted to make sure we were satisfied customers!

He went through the entire process with us and sent us pictures through the day to keep us posted on the job.

I called Roofing Hands due to a leak in my roof, they scheduled a consultation and the estimator that came out was very professional and informative. Their pricing was very honest and that's after checking with a few other contractors.

They were able to schedule me in for the services to take place fairly quick which is what I needed before the upcoming rains and It went very smoothly.
