Alisha R.I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and honesty that I received from this company. My suggestion, unless you absolutely have no other choice, go with someone else. After attempting to hire Roofing Guys to repair our roof after the 2020 hurricanes, we were unable to receive a quote or a call back from them after our initial conversation, so we ended up having to hire someone else to repair our roof.
I arrived home one day to my roof being tarped. I never received an invoice for this work. I later started receiving personal text messages from an individual with this company harassing me for not using them, criticizing the new company that we had hired, and stating that they wanted their money for the tarping job that they apparently did, but had never invoiced us for, called us back with a quote for, or had us sign an agreement for. An invoice was finally emailed to us 4 months later stating that we owed $3900 for a partially tarped roof of a 1400 square foot house.
