I've hired these guys 3 times in the past and their professionalism and work quality was great. Then about 3 years ago I wanted to have extra gutters put in and called these guys to give me an estimate. I showed up to the appointment, they didn't, called them and was told one of their guys was on their way but he ended up not showing. Wasted 2 hours due to their mishandling. Never called them again after.

Really bad experience. I would stay away. Roofing giant put on new roof on part of the home and had to have new roof replaced after 3 months because it was installed incorrectly and the roof was coming up very easily according to another roofing company that has much better reviews and many more reviews. I tried to get roofing giant to fix incorrectly installed roof under their ""warranty"" and they never called me back. Avoid.

No call no show. No thanks. I requested an estimate/inspection for my company's roof. We had had it scheduled on 11/1 @ 1PM. I was out of the office sick, but had my calls forwarded to my personal phone. I returned to work today to find out that the inspection had not been done, but no one even showed up! While the receptionist was nice and wanted to pass the message along that I will no longer be requiring their services, she would have the owners contact me to see what happened.

Roofing Giant was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Oleg helped me deal with the insurance company, and patiently waited and assisted with the appraisal process when the insurance company refused to pay the full claim.

Overall the insurance and appraisal process took two years. By the end of it the roof had started to leak. Roofing Giant came out and tarped the roof to prevent further damage, and replaced some of the ceiling drywall without any extra charge. I now have a beautiful new roof and feel much safer in my home.

No hate, just my experience. Called them and painted a picture of what was going on with my ceiling. When they asked how many stories my place was, I told them two and that the last time we had someone out, they needed a taller than usual ladder.

They showed up day of about an hour early with a ladder that was too short. Guy said he was going to get another ladder and that he'd be back in a few days. We've not seen or heard from them since.

I called them back a few days later completely by accident as I was looking for other roofers. I explained my case to the lady on the phone and she said, ""I'm just the answering service, what do you want me to do about it?"" I told her, ""Nothing."", let her off the phone and am still looking for someone to fix a leaky hole in my ceiling.

Edit: The owner of the company; Ohlig, gave me a call shortly after posting this review. He offered to make things right if I would let him. We already have someone else coming out but I appreciate his calling to see if he could resolve the issue.

Kyle Reid was AWESOME. He worked with me throughout the entire process of replacing my roof (damaged via hail storm), explaining every single detail to me. He kept in touch. He also made sure the subcontractors kept in touch as well. For someone like me, who is an impatient novice at building repairs, he paid more attention to my concerns. Although the project seem high in price, I think it was all worth it because of material upgrades. He also worked well with my insurance company. I will certainly use them again if warranted. Thanks to Kyle and his team.

Just wanted to express how satisfied I am with The Roofing Giant. It was my first major claim and after seeing horror stories on the news and hearing from them from friends/neighbors, I was dreading the process. Fortunately, the guys from Roofing Giant were excellent to work with, helped me through the entire process, did an amazing job on the roof, and left my yard/landscaping/pool clean and looking untouched. They were also able to work with my insurance company to point out several items that the adjuster missed. The insurance company promptly issued a check for the difference. Their price was on the lower end of the 4 estimates I received, yet the quality of the materials and workmanship was as-good or better than the other guys (50 year shingles vs 30 year from the other ""cheaper"" companies). They came in exactly at the price they quoted and scheduled the repair the week I needed it to be done (I work from home and wanted to be away for the actual re-roofing part). I recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done. They are great!
