Kyle Reid was AWESOME. He worked with me throughout the entire process of replacing my roof (damaged via hail storm), explaining every single detail to me. He kept in touch. He also made sure the subcontractors kept in touch as well. For someone like me, who is an impatient novice at building repairs, he paid more attention to my concerns. Although the project seem high in price, I think it was all worth it because of material upgrades. He also worked well with my insurance company. I will certainly use them again if warranted. Thanks to Kyle and his team.

Just wanted to express how satisfied I am with The Roofing Giant. It was my first major claim and after seeing horror stories on the news and hearing from them from friends/neighbors, I was dreading the process. Fortunately, the guys from Roofing Giant were excellent to work with, helped me through the entire process, did an amazing job on the roof, and left my yard/landscaping/pool clean and looking untouched. They were also able to work with my insurance company to point out several items that the adjuster missed. The insurance company promptly issued a check for the difference. Their price was on the lower end of the 4 estimates I received, yet the quality of the materials and workmanship was as-good or better than the other guys (50 year shingles vs 30 year from the other ""cheaper"" companies). They came in exactly at the price they quoted and scheduled the repair the week I needed it to be done (I work from home and wanted to be away for the actual re-roofing part). I recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done. They are great!

I scheduled an appointment with this company for yesterday 6 PM yesterday for an estimate.. It was a time they provided. I had to line up my HOA representatives and the tenant so that the inspection would complete in the presence of the HOA who was going to fund the project. No one showed up from Roofing Gaint for over an hr. I called in their call center and they said they would check with whoever was going to come and they would call back immediately. I waited for 20 mins after the first call. When no one called me back I ringed call in center again and new guy who answered said the same thing. I waiter for another 25 mins for a call and no one responded again. I had to show my sorry face to the HOA and my tenant and call it off. No explanation was given for the missed appointment.I just went by the google reviews. I have concerns about how reliable this company is. For a reason I had to convince my HOA that this company had good reviews. Now they think otherwise.

I incurred hail damage back in early 2016 and enlisted several Angieslist-service companies to bid the repair job. Due to a number of factors the work got put off until recently. Roofing Giant is one of the several companies I targeted back in 2016 to give me an estimate. Some of the contractors lost interest in my work since time passed but not Roofing Giant. Oleg stayed in touch with me and continued to address any concerns I had. Admittedly, I require a lot of any company doing work for me since I am detailed oriented and want things done a specific way. Oleg addressed all my questions and even accommodated a 4-sheet addendum I added to the agreement that we signed.

As it worked out, I only had one other company to compare costs to. A third company graciously bowed out of the bidding since it could not get to the work for several months. Anyway, Roofing Giant's bid was significantly lower than the other company's bid. Given this and Oleg being so great to work with, I chose Roofing Giant to do the work.

The actual work went great too. The crew supervisor, Chuey, was just wonderful to work with. He spoke excellent English and was most willing to do whatever I asked him to do. As already stated I am pretty exacting and I wanted things done a specific way and Chuey came though admirably without throwing me off the roof. Yes, I even went on the roof to inspect various things being done and Chuey did not mind at all. This is a strong indicator of a company doing great work and not ashamed of anything they do.

if you choose Roofing Giant to do your work, ask if Chuey's crew could do the work. You will not be disappointed. The guys cleaned up really well after the work and seemed to work really well as a team. I was proud to know all of them and was so impressed that I gave them all a small monetary gift along with a Gideon New Testament. Bottomline: Give Roofing Giant a chance to bid your work, and hopefully chose them to do the job. You will not be disappointed. As a free sidenote, I highly recommend Malarkey Legacy shingles too. Their pre-sales support was great!

I was very pleased with Roofing Giant and how professional they were. From start to finish Oleg and his team were prompt and courteous. The whole process was explained to us and we felt very prepared for what was to come with getting our roof replaced. They worked directly with our insurance company and made things easy for us because we did not know what to do. I would highly recommend Roofing Giant to anyone who is needing their roof replaced. I'm pretty sure Oleg is the nicest person to work with and he will follow through on completing the job. Thanks so much for a job well done!

It's tough for me to write this because Oleg is a super nice guy and he's an honest man. I even met his wife who also is very sweet. The sales process was great. He came to my house, sat down with me for an hour and explained everything. The pricing was very fair and he deals directly with the insurance company on your behalf to get the depreciation back. Unfortunately, the actual work itself was handled poorly. The contractors did not take any precautions to protect the landscaping. They were very careless and, literally, I had large pieces of roofing materials land on top of many plants in the beds and destroy or injure many of them. There was roofing debris everywhere, including all over the lawn furniture. As I explained to Oleg, had they taken precautions and some debris damaged a few plants here and there, no big deal, it happens. The roof is steep and materials slide off. However, in this case, there was no care taken to protect the plants or the furniture. I was surprised as Oleg had explained to me that this crew had been with him for a long time, so I figured they knew how to take precautions and be careful. I asked him why in this case they seemed so careless and he did own up to it and acknowledge that he should have had better supervision over the work. There was over $1K in damage to the landscaping and he did step up and pay for it, which I thought was very honest. At the end of the day, he did the right thing by the customer, although it should not have come to this. Even after this, they came back to do the gutters and I found debris and garbage on the roof. I had to climb out a 2nd story window to clean it up. Just sloppy work for them not to clean up after themselves. I'm giving a 2 star instead of 1 star because of the way Oleg handled the situation and because the actual shingle replacement was done well. If Oleg can provide closer supervision and/or train his crew to be more careful and clean up, I'm sure future customers will be giving higher ratings.
