I can't speak for their roofing ability, we never got that far. But if you're looking for reliability, keep looking. Derek is the king of empty promises.

I called the Thursday before Labor Day to schedule an appointment for Derek to examine my roof and give me an estimate. He suggested Saturday morning, I agreed. Saturday morning he texted saying he and the family were heading out off town. He suggested 9 am Tuesday. I agreed. Tuesday morning comes, no show. At 3:30 he texts that ""just got back into town"" (even though he was supposed to be at my house hours ago). Rescheduled for 6 pm. Shortly after 6 he texted that he was on his his way. An hour later he asks if he can reschedule for 8 am Wednesday, because his kids are fussy and ready to get out of the truck. (Was he really bringing his kids to meet a client? I would hope not).

I tell him I have a 9 appointment Wednesday morning I can't miss. He promises to be there at 7:50. To nobody's surprise, he didn't show up, and I never heard from him ever again. Probably too embarrassed, as he should be.

Extremely happy with new roof! Great price and even better service. The owner was on sight the majority of the time and made sure everything ran smoothly. They kept the grounds clean and covered all my flowers and bushes so they didn't get damaged. I highly recommend Roofing Experts!

Derek came out and took a look. Met with the adjuster. We couldn't have been happier with the service the roof , the craftsmanship. We have a huge roof. They started at 9 and where done by 3pm

We are thoroughly impressed with Derek and his team. It was like watching a well oiled machine. Derek was very personable, professional and answered every of the twenty questions I had to my understanding. They started work exactly when he said they would and finished when he projected. Clean up was exceptional (magnet ran several times). It couldn't have gone better/easier.

Hired this company to stop water pooling on flat roof. The roof was in perfect condition (5 years old), but we didn't want the water pooling. I chose Roofing Experts because they were a little cheaper than another estimate. Big mistake. They first tried to apply a GACO membrane when it was below freezing, which the manufacturer specifically directs against. After the installation, they asked me to give a review, but I said I needed to see how it handled rain water. Once it rained, the water pooled exactly as it did before. I notified the owner immediately and he came by to assess the roof. He told me he saw the pooling water, but after numerous calls and texts, absolutely no response. Hope this helps someone else to not make the same mistake we did.

I went with Roofing Experts because they were competitive on pricing and communication with Jessica through Facebook Messenger was thorough. I made a terrible mistake. They only did half the work we agreed upon and the work was terrible. After the owner went to the house to see that the roofers had not completed the work that we agreed upon, he began to argue with me about why they didn't do the work or why doing it wasnt necessary, even though we agreed to do it. Then he threatened to put a lien on the house or tear the shingles off. I had to call the police and told him to get off the property. We ultimately agreed on a lower price for the actual work done, even though the work was terrible. I have messages, screenshots, and pictures to back up this review if you're considering using them and want truth data.

I telephoned and made an appt. for Monday, 11.28.16 @ 11:30am with Roofing Experts to come to my home and provide me an estimate to replace my roof after Hurricane Matthew. The company was a ""NO SHOW"" for the appt. and NO one even bothered to telephone me back with an explanation. If you were too busy, fine, but you should have telephoned and rescheduled the appointment. What a waste of my time and money planning for this. Wow! Thanks a lot; awful service! First impressions speaks volumes about a company...

Best roofing company in Savannah. The owner derek adams was really nice, & he explained the whole process step by step. They were on time and communicated with us the whole time the process was being done. Very professional & the clean up was great. I highly recommend them.
