Willy V.In 2018, Roofing Experts replaced my roof. At the time, they provided a 10-year warranty. During the rains this spring -- 5 years into the warranty -- our ceiling started to leak. Roofing Experts sent a crew out to inspect the leak. However, the crew wouldn't provide their opinion, telling me, ""the office will call you."" Four weeks later, I've called Brett dozens of times and left messages. I've also emailed repeatedly. Roofing Experts is not living up to its promise of a warranty. They are ghosting me because they don't want to do the repair work. Shame on them. I would not recommend this company to others.
Peter O.Buyer Beware. Roofing Experts took a deposit of thousands of dollars and could not even pull the permit. City Building Dept. refused to issue re-roof affidavit. Then, Roofing Experts refused to return my deposit, Litigation upcoming. Is that what you want for your roof issue?
