i had a skylite that leaked and had a roofer come out and fix $300 repair the next rain it leaked again .the man wouldnt come backout so i called juan and his men came and all it was cloded with leafs. they cleaned it and NO charge i will tell anybody that needs a good roofer ""ROOFING DONE RIGHT"" is a right move

Highly recommend. Juan was honest, competent and efficient. He communicated well and texted me (as per my request) when he was headed over to my property each visit so I could open my gate for him.

We needed someone to fix our tile roof and clean the algae growth off the tile roof. I looked on Yelp and contacted a few businesses and some didn't have availability for a month. Juan was able to come out within two days, on a Saturday to look at my roof. He also gave me a price range in my Yelp messages before coming out and it was reasonable in comparison to others. Then, he was able to come back in a few days and do the work and gave me a very fair price because the algae growth was pretty light and my gutter was pretty clean. He actually didn't charge me anything to blow out the little bit of acorn in my gutter. I appreciated his honesty. He also told me how he was going to fix the tiles on my garage, which sounded good to me because I already researched the different potential fixes. He also installed a chimney mesh per our request and charged us a very fair price.

With all this rain we have been getting in Sonoma County I managed to find out I had a roof leak. Water was dripping onto my kitchen floor while the rain was coming down in buckets. I promptly got on to Yelp looking for a local roof repair expert and found Juan's Roof & Gutter... I sent Juan a message and he got back to me very quickly and came out the next day. Good for me the issue was a clogged gutter and while he was up there he fixed a few cracked tiles.

Price was fair and Juan and team are nice people. I recommend contacting Juan next time you need roof or gutter help.

Juan is fantastic to work with. When I had leak in my roof he came highly recommended from a general contractor I know. He and his team quickly fixed my roof for a competitive price. We are about to get hit pretty hard with a 2 week storm and I have no doubts my roof will be fine, but if something goes wrong I also know that Juan would be out ASAP to fix it.

Additionally, I manage luxury vacation rentals and have had to call Juan a couple of times. He comes out same day if he's available and has fixed the problems quickly every time. He's great with following up as well and always updates with photos before, during, and after his work which I really appreciate.
