One of the most basic tenets of a viable, reputable business is communication. I talked to a lady yesterday who says she is the business owner. Gave her all the work I needed done and all the contact info. She said Todd would be out the next day between 12 and 2 for a quote. Not having heard anything by 1:15 the next day, I called again and spoke to gen, who said she would find Todd and call me back before she left at 2 and provide an update. It's been an hour, she has not called, Todd has not called, and I miss an afternoon of work. Similar complaint about this business noted by another customer in 2015. I guess some things never change. Good luck if you want to business with this group!

Horrible experience. I am a Property Manager and hired Emco in Jacksonville for a roof repair. it was scheduled and then on the day work was to begin, I received calls from the office girl, the roofer over and over again. They were unprofessional and displaced to say the least. it took several days to get an invoice/receipt and it had handwritten lines through the amounts that were scratched out and when asked for a clean copy, I was told I would have it the next day. Weeks later and I am still waiting on a clean copy of the receipt. The owner does not return phone calls to satisfy his customers. Use anyone else besides this company. They are a JOKE... we will never use them again!

Called to make an appointment and was scheduled. The technician never showed up and never called. Called them back , technician was supposed to come the same day, never showed. I was rescheduled for the next day , again no one called to tell me that technician will lot come at all. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service . They don't even deserve one star.

I needed rain gutters badly, unless I wanted to have to take a cold shower every time I tried to leave my house when it was raining. I called EMCO to get a free estimate and they showed up on time the next day. Quoted me a great price, when I agreed they said they could come out the next day and they did. They were done with the entire job in about 2 hours, to my complete satisfaction. SO if you're in the need of a great company that does great working/looking rain gutters give them a call.
