Established in 1961 in Chicago, Illinois, Roofing Concepts Unlimited/FL, Inc. is a family-owned enterprise that launched its Florida location in 1992. Our services encompass complete roofing and sheet metal installations, and we are equipped to work on all kinds of buildings, including high-rises. In Coral Springs, Florida, our expansive 13,500 square foot facility occupies two acres, housing a complete warehouse of trucks and modern equipment, supported by a team of OSHA-trained roofing specialists, sheet metal crews, supervisors, and project managers. We specialize in commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing, yet we also cater to residential roof installation needs. Our partner company, Roof Doctors South Florida, Inc., delivers comprehensive roof repair, maintenance, and inspection programs tailored for commercial roofing assets.

Michael, born in Chicago, grew up in a large family that embodies the cherished mid-western values. Michael infuses RCU with those values, a cheerful smile, and a lighthearted spirit daily. He started his career with his feet on the ground, not on the roof. From sweeping the warehouse floors to cleaning trucks and running errands, he tackled any task without grumbling (well, perhaps just once). He advanced through the ranks, becoming an apprentice roofer, then a journeyman roofer and crane operator, followed by superintendent, project manager/estimator, and sales manager. In 1993, he assumed the position of President and CEO, and has been the driving force behind RCU ever since.
