Established in 1961 in Chicago, Illinois, Roofing Concepts Unlimited/FL, Inc. is a family-owned enterprise that launched its Florida location in 1992. We specialize in full roofing and sheet metal installation services, adept at managing all types of structures, from residential homes to high-rise buildings. In Coral Springs, Florida, our expansive 13,500 square foot facility occupies two acres, housing a complete warehouse of trucks and modern equipment, supported by a team of OSHA-trained roofing specialists, sheet metal crews, supervisors, and project managers. Our primary expertise lies in servicing commercial, industrial, and institutional properties, but we also provide roof installation services for residential clients. Roof Doctors South Florida, Inc., our affiliate, provides complete roof repair services, along with structured maintenance and inspection programs for commercial roofing assets.

Hailing from Chicago, Michael grew up in a large family that reflects the treasured mid-western values we all appreciate. Every day, he shares those values, a friendly smile, and a sense of humor at RCU. Michael's journey began at ground level, not on the roof. He took on various tasks, from sweeping the warehouse to cleaning trucks and running errands, always willing to help without a word of complaint (well, maybe once). He advanced through the ranks, becoming an apprentice roofer, then a journeyman roofer and crane operator, followed by superintendent, project manager/estimator, and sales manager. In 1993, he took on the role of President and CEO, becoming the heart and soul of RCU ever since.
