Brian just completed a roof repair at my home. I cannot recommend him enough! Super friendly, respectful, thorough and honest and he responded to my texts quickly. His prices are very fair and reasonable. He even sent me a video of the roof and problem spots that he saw and an after video of the steps he took to repair. I would highly recommend Bryan for roof replacement/ repair!!! I'm a lady who doesn't know anything about house improvement... I just checked on Yelp and got some estimate from other roofing companies... many places assumed a girl who didn't know anything and jacked up price too high. However, Bryan came out and gave me an estimate with a fair price. I didn't look for cheapest price because we get what we pay, what with low price probably is low quality. A reasonable price with a top notch service, plus being on time are 5 stars for me.
I'm so glad to find a good place by Yelping . I would keep his phone in my contact to refer anyone who needs it.

Our roof has a recurring leak and the guy who fixed it two years ago would not return my calls :(
I went to Yelp to find another roof repair service but always fear that when the first rain comes all of the roofers are booked for at least a week out.
I received three responses; the first one said that if it is a flat roof they will replace a large section of the roof around the leak because it's too hard to locate the source of the leak. The second one didn't have an appointment available until 1.5 weeks. Bryan was the third to respond and he said he could come out the next day and give an estimate. His price was very reasonable and I asked if he could do the repair tomorrow before the next rain came, no problem he said. His crew came early the next morning to do the repair and the drizzle came that evening and the big downpour the next afternoon. I am pleased to say there is no more leaking and feel comforted to know that Bryan will back up his work up if any more leaks occur. PS, Bryan accepts payment by Zelle so it's super convenient to pay him.

SGV roofing did a great job on the leak on our roof. During the recent heavy rains, it was nearly impossible to find an honest and reasonable roofer to come out and fix the roof. Bryan and his team came out within a week (other roofing companies told me I had to wait for months) and fixed the roof efficiently and well. I would definitely use their services again!

I had some leaks that I'd been putting off for a couple years. Called another referral at first and not only did they seem super high in cost but they seemed quite disinterested in helping, stating we can schedule an appt in ""maybe two weeks"". So I called SGV and Bryan answered immediately. He was cordial and sent over Martin, his main roofer, a couple days later for an estimate. I told him I was on a tight budget and needed only what needs immediate attention. Martin was very detailed and meticulous with what I needed. The quote was very reasonable and because they were not able to come back for the repairs for a few more days, Martin went out of his way and helped put up some tarps for the time being.

During the work, he was punctual and very expressive in what he is doing, and why the leaks are happening (1/2 was age of materials, 1/2 was shoddy work by previous owners' people). He seemed to have excellent attention to detail and wouldn't just do half-ass work for the sake of it. Martin told me he used to do roof repair in much harsher conditions, such as Tennessee (rain) and Phoenix (heat), so working in LA is a walk in the park. He fixed 4 different sections, took his time to do it right, and explained if there are any leaks later call them back. He showed me pictures of the issues during and after.

After a few days it rained again and one section still had a mild leak in the same spot. I called SGV back and Bryan said no problem and had Martin come back a few days later. Seems that what he repaired was still solid but another section under the tiles was rotting out, and contributing to the same leak. So he spent a few more hours fixing without another charge. Martin explained that eventually I would have to loosen the purse strings and redo the other areas as well for the conditions are only going to get worse. He didn't pressure me into anything else and was genuinely more concerned about the immediate threats of leaks that I had. He also made suggestions on other parts of the exterior, such as my windows, gutters, etc and how it can help the house. These people are real pros and out for the betterment of their clients.

I recommend them to any homeowner. They are very fair in price, trustworthy, and punctual. Oh btw Martin enjoys hot coffee in the morning and I was happy to offer to him.

I don't know about their actual work but they have broken their promised appointment date way too many times. Maybe it's the timing for others who I spoke with was extremely unreliable. At least give me a courtesy email or call if you can't make it rather than having us wait and wait and wait. We have to follow up with him each time apt is broken. After the 4th time, I'm done with this company. If you need help on a leak immediately don't use this company. There are other companies out there more responsive and courteous. It would have been better to tell me he couldn't do it. 1 or 2 times missing an appointment is understandable, but 4 times is not. It's infuriating...

We had a leak in our fireplace during the rains and it was only around the edge of the fireplace, so it wasn't the chimney. SGV came out to give an estimate, went on the roof and found the likely culprit. There was a crack in the metal close to where the roof and chimney connect. The estimator said it should be just a simple and quick caulking job and since he was already up there he just caulked it and said that will probably take care of it and left. This my friends is what an honest company looks like that takes pride in what they do. I don't know how their price estimates compare to others because they never gave me one, but even if it's a bit higher than other estimates, I would go with these guys. You can't put a price on honesty and civility. Wow.

This company provided excellent service. Repairman showed up on time as promised. He did a great job fixing the leak of my roof. I would recommend using their service if someone needs to fixing the roof problem.

If you have leak call this place!!!! We discovered our ceiling was leaking on Saturday and after calling several places and requesting a quote on yelp, this place responded almost immediately. Although they weren't able to come out the same day, they came out the next day (Sunday morning). They came at 7 AM and by noon everything was fixed! Give me the quote and estimate via email and once I approved it, they did the work! It rained again on Monday, and the leak returned But they came over immediately in by 10 AM they were fixed and no more leaks!! Reasonable prices and loved how quickly they came to the rescue on a weekend, and Not to mention on a SUNDAY! Amazing team, very professional - Definitely bookmarking this business!

We called SGV Roofing about two leaks and they arrived the next day as promised to give an estimate. They took their time examining our roof and made a small repair. They told us that no other immediate repairs needed to be made and that the roof was in good condition. Although they were here for almost an hour and had to deal with getting on the roof of our two story home, they did not charge us anything for their services. We really appreciate their honesty and their great customer service.
