They were prompt & quick in fixing a roof leak after a storm recently & I have had no problems. will need a new roof in the near future & will use them. These guys were great. We had a new home built, and they had us setup for install right on time for our timeline. We had great communication from the start, throughout the scheduling and pricing process, and even at the job site. We were short a few small things from the measurements, and instead of them just walking off the jobsite and waiting, they called me directly and let me know what they needed to get to them asap. Large part of new install is job site cleanup, which they were one of the best subs we used. No issue with anything extra lying around or any mess of materials. Would highly recommend for new roofing.

The initial contact and placement of my roof was good. It is the service after the roof that leaves a lot to be desired. I have called them 4 times about a leak in said roof and NOBODY has ever returned my call. Very disappointed. Will try to contact them again. Hopefully someone will answer or at least return my call.

By far this company has offered me the best roofing services I've experienced with. The staff is friendly but serious on the other hand. They work with professionalism and perfection. The best part that they have not learned to say NO to their customers. Whatever you ask, they'll explain you everything. Well-informed and experienced people. I called to get an estimate on a roof repair (leak over my porch) and installation of gutters. The secretary who answered the phone told me that they don't do gutter installation - even though their website specifically states this as one of their services.

I think they just didn't want to bother with a small repair and rather than tell me they weren't interested in taking the job, they told me they don't do gutters, to get me off the phone.

Don't bother calling for ""small jobs"", they don't seem to be interested in helping out for small repairs.

This roofing company provided me with A+ service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Mid January 2014 I had a new roof installed on my home. I had reservations of working with a company on such a big project as I live in an entirely different state. My mom and dad live in the home and they were very impressed by the professionalism of the installers, the respect they had for the items on the property, and the manner in which they left the propery----not a single cigarette, nail, or any other signs of debris.
They did such great work, I even hired them to repaint the exterior of the house. The crews worked effeciently, and did a fantastic job.
Charles Simpson did a outstanding job of contacting me and keeping me informed of anything that needed to be done. We are a military family and love working with the best!

Had roof done end of April 2013. There was a bunch of houses in my neighborhood that had hail damage, We chose to go with roofing by Martinez based on a friend referral. When we are looking at the other houses in the neighborhood such as triple P or an advanced roof we are glad we chose who we did because the quality and workmanship is 100% better. We have a approximately 2000 square-foot house they sent two crews over because they were not busy and completed my tear off and install of architectural shingle in about seven hours ...by far the nicest roof and our entire subdivision out of approximately 100 or more that have been reshingled! I would recommend without a doubt roofing by Martinez as the best roofing contractor based off of all of the other companies work I have seen in my subdivision!!! In addition they are clean courteous and are very careful not to damage and ensure all debris was removed upon completion! The office staff who I had to work with for payment and filing of my insurance was also a plus they were very kind every time I spoke to them on the phone and more than willing to assist with the adjustment and estimate as required by my insurance company... Again I would recommend them to anyone... If you want to see their work come and look in Deepwood subdivision in Southwest report the signs will still be up in the yards on what company did what roof and you can see for yourself the quality of roofing by Martinez Compared to the other companies here..
