When they arrive, the job is well done. However, communication in response to customer phone calls are almost nonexistent. VICKIE who does the scheduling will not return your phone call. I have left several messages for her and she refuses to return the call. Had to escalate the matter to a supervisor for just a simple phone call to state that she received my message. When she finally returned my call after my complaint she sounded very irritated and was condescending. She states because I didn't have a roof leak ,My call was not ""as important "". It only takes 30 seconds to call someone back and say I received your message and I'll return your call as soon as I can after, I have completed all the urgent matters. I am a physician and we call every patients back within 24 hours or less because everyone's call is important. She is NOT customer friendly gives the company about reputation. I hope she receive some help or take a course in customer service training

Salesman came on a Friday to provide estimates for shingle and metal roofs. Stated he would get estimates to me by Monday. It's Tuesday and still no estimates. No phone call no email to apologize for delay, nothing. The salesman was not very friendly. Update: I did get two estimates today. And the sales director and owner have reached out to me, apologized, which shows they do care.

Curry Roofing did a great job for me and my home on Bird Key. I had the new Tesla roof installed and Curry Roofing worked through all the permits and the installation challenges with ease. Jesse Curry was quite professional and easy going. I found them easy to work with and responsive to any problems or issues with the new roof

Stay away. We lost a number of shingles during Milton on our 11month old, expensive new roof. It has been over a month and Curry hasn't even been out to look at it. It is under warranty, so they don't want to deal with it, in my opinion. More money to be made elsewhere in this market, I suppose. They made their money off of us and moved on.

We are in LWR, so we are far enough inland where the wind was less severe than right on the coast during Milton. I would not have expected to lose multiple shingles (50yr GAF UHDZ) during the storm with a new roof. Unfortuntaley, here we are and I cant get any response from Roofing By Curry.

All they have to do is call us back and let us know we are on their schedule....but it has been radio silence.

If you need a new roof, I would look elsewhere.

Five stars and a big thank you to Curry Roofing for helping us out by dropping off a 36 foot ladder before the storm (Milton) hit us - thanks to them we were able to put the second story hurricane shutters up and evacuate

Use a different roofer! We spent thousands of dollars to repair a roof in Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club. The repair lasted all of 7 weeks before opening up again. The worst part is it was warrantied for one year. Despite the leak causing lots of damage in the house they have still not found the time to come repair their repair. After 4 phone calls over the last week and only getting an answering service, still nothing. Truly dismal service!!!
