Kennerth R.Mo May 20th of 2021 Randy with Roofing 911 came out to repair an leak in my kitchen from rain. It was determined by him that the current roof was good. Twelve years of wear on a thirty years roof. It was decided that basic maintenance for $250.00 is all we needed. The next time it rained hard the roof leaked in the same spot. This time Randy decided that roof that was good a few weeks ago was now bad and needed replacement. Windstorm reports show the roof is from 2005 which makes it 16 years old and not 12. Why take my $250.00 for maintenance if he felt the roof needed to be replaced?

Rusty K.ROOFS STILL LEAKING, I could hear the dudes in the attic saying he's never done this before, we called and told them that it was still leaking and he said he'd come by and never did... Sucks.
